I have been going to énergie for a month now after my husband recommending it to me.
I am doing the 12 week transformation programme with Craig who has helped create a programme suitable for me ensuring I’m comfortable with what I am doing. I can’t thank Craig enough for his friendly yet professional manner and also encouraging me.
I have been made to feel welcome from the minute I stepped in the gym. Énergie is a friendly gym with fantastic staff, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good gym.

The gym is spacious, clean and offers a good variety of equipment to suit your workouts. The studio is spacious for classes with the ability to offer privacy off the gym. 24 hour access to the gym. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.

I was nervous about going to the gym but Fiona was just great. I’m 3 weeks in, and going on my own is hard but I’m feeling more comfortable now. I realise that everyone has to start somewhere. Having check ins with Fiona to assess my progress is very helpful as well.

Great Gym. Very clean and very well equipped. Staff and really really good and other gym members are down to earth and friendly with a vast range of ages and abilities. 24hr opening is a boost.

Very helpful friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. However the gym is always busy and it’s difficult to get into apparatus. They are continually advertising for new members and it’s already an issue getting to use what you want to. Great gym just too busy for me.

Joined online, went to gym next day, fob for 24 hr entry was sorted strait away, gyms always clean and the variety of equipment is great, recommend 💯

I am an 'older' unfit woman and so was incredibly nervous about using a gym (having never used one before) but all the staff have been welcoming and incredibly supportive. Gym members here are also very helpful and non judgemental and I feel very comfortable about being a member here.
