Moving from a previous gym I was a bit like oh will I like it but I’m happy to say I love it, I’m glad I made the move, great equipment, good range of classes to suit everyone and friendly staff.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, staff and gym users! A lot of options with machines, weights etc. I've only been going for a couple weeks, and its hand down one of the best gyms I've ever been to.

Friendly staff, was nervous to join but glad I joined. Would recommend.

Very clean place and they are very helpful.

Recently started with this gym. Friendly team, good atmosphere, equipment is good quality and condition, and the facilities are good and clean.

The support from the gym by setting a program for users (for a price) is good, feel like I am getting the value for money.

Only downsides is the cardio machines login feature is a bit dicky, sometimes it works, somrtimes not and the same fob entry system is a little clunky, but it does give access for 24hr access which is a great feature.

No one judges you it’s very friendly it’s great

The gym is daunting by yourself and yet I’m still here several months later.
Yes I still have moments when I walk thru the doors look around and want to leave again but that’s my insecurities however all staff are friendly you get a hello or smile when you see them and that helps settle me a bit! I have a PT and that helps me to keep going without that I’d be more lost ok so that aside this gym has it all warmth friendly atmosphere great equipment and above all no judgement from anyone if your reading this wondering if this is for you then give it a go what have you got to loose!

Great gym for being able to keep to yourself and just go and get your workout done.
In no way intimidating like bespoke or niche gyms can be. Everyone there is there for their own fitness.
No one giving judgy looks. Fab facilities. Great staff. Friendly. Clean. Amazing gear and especially love the yard as a space for stretching etc. Classes all look good but unable to get booked yet due to popularity.

The team are such a vibrant and friendly group, easy to approach and helpful if there is an issue.

Energie Fitness Inverurie is a brilliant, inclusive and friendly gym. I am 48 and was a bit nervous about joining a gym again and was slightly intimidated. But everyone has been very welcoming. I love going to Energie Fitness!

Love the range of weight machines, free weights and classes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful- it's a wee community.

Energie is a fantastic gym with great staff. There is more than enough variety of equipment available, and the gym is held to high standards of cleanliness and management.

Special shout-out to Jax who is a brilliant PT and is always there with a smile to help anyone who needs it.

I recently joined inverurie energie fitness. I was a bit nervous but was put at ease by the friendly and helpful staff who.go.out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I'm really happy I decided to join. The variety of classes keeps it interesting and they are tough but fun. The staff are friendly and supportive too.
Having a fab time getting fitter and stronger!
When I can't get to the gym, the on demand classes have been such a valuable resource.

I signed up for 3 months. I will not continue my membership after this time. Staff are very enthusiastic but the staff are busy all the time! Medical checks on sign up aren't given. They dont ask. I do think that's very serious. I had a gym membership with the council in 2019 which was a hell of alot better and so were the Instructors!
The weights I were given were great but.I wasnt given any cardio by the instructo! . I did that on my own initiative. I ended up with slight knee injuries because of the type of weighted squats I was given. I'd not experienced that at a gym before. I was told to keep piling on weights. I did but not all excercises suit certain people. My GP told me this was wrong to rush pushing weight increase so quickly and was shocked I wasn't given a medical first. I asked for a change of Instructor at energie and this wasn't done even though I'd spoken to management about an issue I percieved. Energie only look for certain types of people and seems to be the motivation for such an enormous 3 month membership fee. I'll go back to the plan I was given on 2019. That worked for me and use that and work on my own for the remainder of the membership. Choose your instructor wisely. If you feel the excercises and the instructor arent right for you, Get a second opinion elsewhere.
