Started énergie fitness in January having no confidence we now in march and I can honestly say best thing I have done In 2026 the gym is always clean equipment always neat & tidy when you walk in the doors you are greated so well by all the staff they are all there to offer support and help when needed can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here ❤️

I absolutely love this gym. The staff are always welcoming and happy to offer guidance and support whenever it’s needed, which makes the environment really comfortable for members at any stage of their fitness journey. The facility is consistently maintained to a very high standard and the cleanliness is always top-notch.

A special mention to Amani Allen, whose management really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how positive the atmosphere is. It’s clear a lot of care goes into the place. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey. 💪😊

Website not updated, made a special.journey on ny eve and a lad walks round saying were shut at 2 and that was that! Not good enough ! Got in thr building a few mins before! Says open normal hours on line !

So apparently energie "acknowledge your disappointment regarding the past management and your feedback is valuable ".

I'm sorry but that just isn't good enough and is quite insulting frankly. "Disappointment", having Ravi as manager. Having Ravi as manager was emotional torture longed out for a year and a half.

This gym does not value feedback one bit, if they really did they would have got rid of Ravi ages ago with the countless calls to get rid of him. Put simply, they knew everything about Ravi and his past. They tried to keep him as long as possible and only because the pressure was getting too much they got rid of him.

They would have kept him forever if they really could. So basically the gym doesn't value feedback, doesn't value members - just money.

Please don't try to be fake, people can see past it

So I've just heard today that manager Ravi Rawji is no longer at this gym. First of all, it is about time and that's why I give this gym 2 stars and not 1 star. Whoever is in charge finally opened their eyes and decided to get rid of a toxic manager.

Whilst this is definitely positive, there is no hiding the fact that he was allowed to manager for over a year. That has got to be the worst decision of all time from this gym. To allow Ravi to manipulate and disrespect so many people like he did for that long id disgusting. At the end of the day that goes down to whoever hired him.

It leaves a real bad taste and I'm not sure if the gym will ever be able to fully recover from that poor decision. It's a real stain on what was once a really nice community based gym. As a former member I feel betrayed that such an evil man was allowed to run our gym. Good he is gone but I will definitely not forgive Ravi and forget the bad treatment given.

Amazing to witness the turnaround this gym is having in such a short time of being under new management you can really see the team morale is lifted & the place is returning to its former glory with

This gym in Wolverhampton has lost every taste of what it used to be. The Manager is a serial woman abuser with criminal tendencies. All he cares about is himself and his ego, a gym that used to be fun has now turned into an toxic environment. Please boycott this gym for your sanity.

I like this gym as its spacious you can train happily knowing you're not in anyone's way with a good set of weight machines or free weights for beginners or experienced lifters. The gym is spotless the changing room area is very clean and the staff (old and new) are always very friendly and happy to help in anyway they can. Overall this is a fantastic gym, ive been using it for a few years now and I'm in no hurry to find a new one...

I like this gym because the staff are really nice and the equipment is always clean and it’s really friendly and they are always there for you if you need help or guidance etc

When I first started the gym I was lacking in my confidence but as soon as I started working out at energise fitness woloverhampton I gain more confidence on how to use the machine and also made some friends. Overall it’s a great gym I would recommend to everyone

Great gym! Atmosphere is great staff are always happy to help! Variation of classes to do. Spin, LBT and boxing are my fav! Jamelia, Jet and Amani are great instructors. Music ain’t to bad either! 😁 Overall don’t have a bad word to say about this place! Been a member for a few years now and wouldn’t want to change!…

Great friendly gym and staff. The staff are always happy to help. Jamelia is so lovely and approachable at all times with great training advice with her expertise in personal training. I always look forward to my training sessions.

Wolverhampton branch the manger is vile no one wants him there all good staff left threw him absolute shame as this was a thriving gym untill he came along please get rid ASAP

Not a bad thing to say about this gym, all the staff are amazing and helpful, they truly care about YOU!!. Classes are awesome and the community there is great. Honestly a lovely place to be.

Énergie fitness Wolverhampton is made by the staff. The PT’s are incredible. It’s got a lovely family vibe and even on days I don’t want to train a friendly face gets me motivated.
Jamelia is brilliant and supports both my physical and mental health at the gym and that’s why I go- to make my body and mind stronger.
The classes could be improved, they used to be amazing but have had a bit of a dip recently but hope that they will soon be the fun, hard session I used to love.
