I've been working as a contractor on and off for TETC for about 5 years and they've been really easy to work with - professional, good communicators, fair, reasonable and friendly. Happy to work with them now and in the future.

I loved our first experience with the…
I loved our first experience with the team when ordering some grills from England but when we ordered matching grills they turned up a different colour although all the ordering and codes were the same.
I know things happen but ive been following this up since November when it was picked up and am not getting any response.
After speaking with Linda Today, i am confident that we were just unfortunate enough to slip through the cracks and that they are putting processes in place to stop it from happening in the future.

Good old fashioned service. Linda was very helpful throughout the ordering process. All kitchen fittings, from the taps, fireclay sink to the cabinet knobs and handles, are of excellent quality.
