Thank you to Luca and Irene!!!
Luca and Irene (siblings) made our experience at Enoteca Properzio our best day in Italy! From the moment we arrived, they were warm and open to showing us the best of their country! We experienced an exceptional lunch that was perfectly paired with Italian wines. As each wine was brought to our table, Luca and Irene described the complexities and nuance of each. We bought a few bottles to enjoy while we are staying in Italy and would recommend a stop here. They have a deep knowledge of wines and the store is packed with wines from around the world!!! Thank you to Anne Robichaud (check her out!) for suggesting this venue and making the arrangements!

It has been over a month
It has been over a month , order has not arrived and there doesn’t seem to be any contact email for customer service to find out why status still “ processing “ after 1 month. Calling customer service from US is not the best option

My order was refunded with no notice or explanation. Very poor customer service
My order was refunded. I did not receive any communication regarding my order or the cancelation. This was intended to be a gift for a friend. Now it is late and I need to find an alternate gift. Very disappointed. I only received the refund notice from PayPal. I still have not heard anything from Enoteca Properzio.
