Good service started my visa application which made life easier. Amran helped a lot he was clear on what to do and what i should not do. Delayed email responses sometimes. Late follow up post visa submission, when followed up I had already resubmitted requested documents by UKVI. Infomed to inform enroly if asked to submit further evidence, however when instructed to do this I had already submitted the further evidence however, Enroly had clearly said to provide explanations for gaps in studies during application which I then missed on my application, resulting in ukvi asking for further evidence. Amran was helpful and Meghan, not forgetting the rest of the team. A lot of emails a plus helped me push through and complete the cashield on time. One question went unanswered regarding the code for the uni which wasn't showing up for brp card collection. Great responses when emails were answered. Overall great service, my visa application was successful. Thanks to Enroly.

There are several points to mention about the productive and affective help from Enroly.
The direct and fast connection with me was fascinating, also they reduced the possibility of mistakes while applying for Visa application.

The people involved were kind for the most part, however, I was not given proper information in regards to the situation my application was in when it was quite crucial that I be informed. It was not until it was too late to do anything that I was told I would have to pay an extreme amount of money to not only fly across the country to an embassy but also to change the status of my visa application. The situation could have been resolved had someone looked into what the issue in my application was prior to two weeks before I was meant to arrive in the UK.

Enroly offered a decent foundation for my visa application. The staff were knowledgeable, and the streamlined process helped manage the application.

However, communication needs work. Some emails with specific questions went unanswered. There was also an instance where I received an email meant for another client, raising concerns about data security.

Additionally, some typographical errors were found in the initial application form while my draft visa application on CAS Shield already had everything spelled correctly.

Overall, Enroly provided a helpful starting point for my visa application.
