Sent attendees Tickets with Doors Open 12:00 Noon - but Event starts 20:00 Hrs
Long way to travel to stand in cold for 7 to 8 Hours.
This shows them up to be paper pushers for their Fee But never read the script!

Thank you for your review.
The majority of our costs don't come directly from processing individual orders but from running the website in general. Most of that is staff wages. Charging a percentage allows us to keep these charges to a minimum on cheaper tickets (and zero on free tickets) and in line with other ticket sellers.
Some of our costs do increase with the price of tickets, of course, such as card processing charges.

Ease of use
I dont use on line booking sites as a rule but there's an conclusion these days that we have little alternative so when sites like ents24 make things this easy with clear questions and choices throughout the process, it is a relief when it all goes smoothly. Id recommend !
