Back in August, 2023 I ordered an oxygen concentrator for $59.99. I wait a couple of weeks and then texted them when could I expect delivery. I was told it had been delivered. Only problem was I was told it was delivered to PA. Blah, blah, blah.
I must tell you, because I have Stage 4 emphysema, I ordered 3! I was elated thinking if I had 3, if one broke or defective I would have 2 more.
Anyway, I notified my Bank about these transactions and was told they would investigate it BUT it could take up to 120 days before the funds were put back in my account!
I bought them under TR Michelle Trading and I would get more lies. The Company is in China, by the way!
I can't believe Facebook let's this Company get away with this or let's them advertise on Facebook.

After reading all the comments on this site, I am definitely not shocked as this is what I thought this company was, SCAMMERS. I ordered 3 sets of Charlotte Tilbury advent calendars at the beginning of September, which apparently was sent to an address in Stone, Staffs. I live in Amesbury, Wilts. I like everyone else, am totally gutted that we have all been scammed by Mr Chuang Lin ‘New Michelle Trading Ltd’ who are apparently a company based in Rochford, Southend in Sea, when they actually run the business from China.
I have written so many emails to this man, including today and was told the same story as yourselves initially, now no response at all. I accused him of scamming me today, so watch this space! although I’m not going to hold my breath. I may do the same as many of you and try to recoup the money from my credit card company. I ordered the gifts for my daughters for Christmas from an Facebook Ad. My husband goes mad when I order things from Facebook. I have definitely learnt my lesson. I will try to report this company, so they can’t hurt anyone else with their heartless scamming.

Similar to others, placed an order in September with NEW MICHELLE TRADING CONPANY. Never received. Tracking showed at one point that it had been delivered to an address over 150 miles away from my home. Numerous emails telling me that they were investigating but when I lost patience and (politely) asked for a refund all communication has stopped.

Payment made via Stripe it seems so I will notify them of the fraud as well. Don’t expect them to do anything but if it helps stop this scammer from taking payments it may help!

I ordered 2 Charlotte Tilbury advent calendars In August I have been going back to them every few days only to be told they where sent to the wrong address or it was the delivery companies fault I have asked several times for a refund but they just say the items have been sent again ! How can these people get away with scamming so many people ? Is there anything that can be done to get our money back ?

This whole company is a big fat lie and scams people out of money without sending the products.
Been waiting from August to November for my goods with lots of email conversations where they don't send a logistics tracking number until today, November 22, that says "Your package was delivered successfully to the addressee"
Total scam and adlrig never ever order anything from this totally disgusting company

My order from june has never been delivered. Several mails tells it’s in transit, wait for a while or semilar. The first tracking info I got showed to be on another name and adress.
Either they are completely unable to run a business or it’s fraud, which is most likely if you read experience from others

Ordered a knife set in August, after several emails it hasnt arrived and they even fobbed me off with a post code saying it had been delivered. Wrong area and even gave me a wrong shipping code. Stay away from these people. SCAMMMERS.

If there was a minus star I'd tick it. Total scam. Didn't provide a tracking number until requested. Freight company said it was for a completely different address. Was told another would be sent. Have heard nothing. Requested refund. Nothing. Obvious SCAM

I ordered a table top game in August. Thought it would come in time for Christmas. Several emails later still no toy. SCAMMED FOR SURE

I ordered an Airfryer in September and this has not arrived in spite of several assurances that it has been sent and logistics indicate that it has been delivered. Loke a number of other people I have been well and truly scammed by a set of devious thieving people. PLEASE don't anyone else fall for this disgusting process.

ordered a christmas tree in august, still waiting to receive this. I was told it had been sent, but went to a totally different town to where I live, asked for tracking number as told it would be re sent,, but still after many e mails nothing at all..scammers!!!!

Ordered a Faber-Castell Anniversary Art Set via a Facebook ad.....should have know better! First it was supposedly delivered to an address the other side of the country, then it was supposedly resent....3 months later STILL no delivery....reported to my bank, they've refunded the money. SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS!

I ordered a Christmas tree in August of this year. Still yet to arrive. Then I was told it was delivered to an address in Ohio and they would send logistics for delivery to my address in Missouri. They too have stopped answering emails. And the few they have sent are just lies SCAMMERS...SCAMMERS

I did notify my credit card and got my money back ... thank goodness. I should have learned my lesson to NEVER order anything advertised on Facebook.

SCAMMERS. Wish I could leave 0 stars. ORDERED A TENT ON AUGUST 10TH (MY BIRTHDAY) it never arrived. The address for this company is registered to 25 Somerset avenue, Rochford, SS4 1QB

Have read the reviews of others on this site. The very same thing has happened to me. Ordered, what I thought was Charlotte Tilbury make up for a Christmas present back early September. After backwards and forwards with emails, I was assured my parcel had been delivered. The penny dropped that I had been scammed. Visited my local bank, who are now in the process of retrieving my money using a process debit card service.

Something needs to be done about this company absolutely ridiculous I bought an item from then in August it is now November I'm disappointed in the amount of lies they tell you this is not a company its a.joke and Rodney and del are more honest than these

The company are scammers. You will lose your money. Avoid.
If the offer is too good to be true it almost certainly is.
