If there was a rating less than 0 they most definitely deserve it. I ordered a Christmas tree that got delivered to another city and state (or so they say). I emailed them and they assured me they would investigate. They replied back they would send a replacement. I emailed asking for an update and alas they have stopped responding to me. BEWARE BEWARE

Totally scammed . Ordered beauty box , they took money immediately!! Never arrived .

Scam!! Been trying to get my money back for months, item was never delivered, can’t believe I was this stupid

Well the same as everyone else on here I have been scammed. Been waiting 3 months for my items. This was advertised on Facebook which I stupidly thought would be safe to order from, how wrong was I. My items were delivered supposedly to me to an address hundreds of miles away. Probably no hope of a refund but will be trying my hardest.

All promises - no goods

Placed an order back in September 2023, money taken from my accountant for charlotte tilbury box. Never received my item!!!

I ordered an advent calendar in August still not received. When checking tracking info it was delivered to Belfast I live in Northampton. Have tried on numerous occasions to get my money back to no avail they said they have sent it out again. Watch this space.

Absolute Scammers I had the same problem ordered goods from their website on 2 September was told they were on their way checked the tracking no says it was delivered to somewhere else said they would resend the items with the same tracking no called An Post who say you can not use the same tracking no twice this is going on over three months sent two emails today 9th November asking for a refund and Surprise Surprise no reply so never order anything from these people ever complete scammers and thieves

Scammers and thieves.
Ordered a calendar in August. Never received and endless waste of time being continuously fobbed off by these thieves as per everyone else.
I’m trying to get my money back from the bank.
Update. Got the money back in full very easily from my bank. Just click on the transaction on your statement and follow the instructions to dispute it and to claim a charge back.

We never received the article we paid and they do not answer our mails…

SCAMMERS - ordered goods on the 19/09/2023 still waiting for the goods to arrive. I have emailed the contact email address but the reply is always to be patient my parcel is on it's way. Beware of this company!

These are scam artists at their best. I chased my order since Aug - Nov, said they delivered, but I never received anything. They said they would redeliver and still nothing. I have reported them to my Credit Card who are in process of getting me my money back.

Ordered a bunch of Christmas presents from here 05/09/23, emailed beginning of October chasing and was sent tracking info. The tracking info said one parcel had been delivered to Essex
(I live in Herts), and two are stuck in Heathrow. 2 months later, have not received my order but have reported them to my credit card company to try and recoup funds.

Like everyone else this so called business took my money but had every excuse as to why it wasn't delivered. Hope they get looked into and shut down. Disgusting.

Same as every person here. I brought a dior advent calender , back in August. After numerous attempts getting hold of these tw@ts. I kept getting thr same reply that they had sent it.

I don't know how these people gwt away with it! There must be something we can do to gwt our money back.

I have got in contact with a company that is currently looking into rhis.

Read THE OTHER COMMENTS mine is exactly the same, they can be glad I live in Denmark......

Just like all the other reviews this company is a total scam. They never delivered and sadly I have lost my money.
