Ordered 28th Aug a beauty box for my friend. All I hear is another week… now as of today (21st oct) another 35 days. Jokes!! Do not buy from them. You WILL lose your money.

Absolute shysters! This company is a complete scam, saying item has been delivered (to an address a couple of hundred miles from us!) and refusing a refund due to "this is an international logistics, the journey is far away, so once the package is sent, it cannot be refunded" - don't touch them with a barge pole!!

Scammers do not buy anything from these thieves

NEW MICHELLE TRADING are simple crooks. You order something and you will never get anything back.
They are Chinese and of course they dishonest all kinds of Chinese trading.
So BEWARE , never order anything from these criminals.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Money taken but item never arrived. Weeks of tracking resulted in delivery to Ireland - across the sea from me! Emails requesting a refund are ignored so money lost. So angry. BE WARNED!

They take money but don't deliver goods. Registered in Company's House in Rochford, Essex. Gave tracking numbers which when checked gave addresses in other parts of the country. When this was queried they said that they would resend items but they never arrived. They also said that they could not refund money. As far as I can see this is a total scam.

As far as I can see it’s a scam!!! Do not buy. Bought goods 2 Sept -nothing!!

I orderd make up sets two from them.
have had no communication from them at all and no tracking details .
The company says they are in Rochdale but in fact they are from china.
I have just contacted my bank to report them.
I also e.mailed them and again Nothing please AVOID...

Ordered 2 make-up sets 29th August. Have not received them but they have taken my money. I've emailed them and after 5 weeks they emailed a tracking number. I tried the tracking number but was told there was no trace of it. It's a scam so please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .

I ordered a product over a month ago. Waited so long that the people kept telling me lies about where my product actually is. So today i looked at tracking & this so called parcel had been delivered to northern ireland & in a different name & address & not south west england. They refuse to give any refund back. Avoid them & do not order nothing as you will be scammed. I am now contacting my bank.i will be opening up a fraud case against these scammers

I ordered a makeup Christmas box. My son actually paid for it on Facebook. Still waiting I think they are scammers supposed to be England, turns out it's in China. Scammed scammed scammed. Bought goods 14th September paid same day. Tracking no looks promising.i am South Wales. Goods tracked to Luton. Beds. Sent e mails telling them where my supposedly goods are. Surprise surprise no reply. Please everyone do not touch this company whatsoever

Like many others, took my money instantly (plus a non- sterling transaction fee) and haven’t received anything. I fear this may be a scam company with flashy adverts. 😞

Took my money, still waiting for delivery from August 7th, it's now 6th of October. Scammed.

Absolutely horrible scam company!!! They take your money and do not deliver anything even months later, no point even trying to contact them as they ignore off every email after they have your money already.. stay away from these scammers!!
