I ordered samples and half of them were not working, perfume is not dispensing, extremely disappointing

I ordered something entered my bank details only to find the confirmation was sent to my niece in the Isle of Wight with her address and bank details. Something very wrong with this company re payment details.

Incredible scent and company. From ordering to receiving, this really was an absolute treat for myself and my olfactory senses. My order was impeccably packaged and delivered super quickly. I have a little obsession with scent, spanning 50 plus years, never have i encountered such an experience as I have with Escentric Molecules. I first encountered them within a Harrods Beauty Gift with purchase. Instantly, I was intrigued to find out more. The layers to their scent are quite sublime. I purchased Escentric 05 Body lotion and Escentric 05 EDT. Just beautiful. Within my parcel were samples of Molecule 01 + Patchouli (2ml) and Escentric O3 Body lotion (10ml) The Molecule 01 + Patchouli is on my wish list. It gently transports me to balmy Summer evenings, warm,sun bathed skin and delicate, earthy, patchouli filled air. It's absolutely
beautiful. Thank you Escentric Molecules, you have created magical scents. I look forward to building my collection.

I was delighted to order my perfume directly from Escentric as they offer free delivery and also sent me some free samples

Needed some advise on the 200ml molecules before purchase it was dealt with expertly so I purchased it ..
The only downside was the free samples ( only small ) as I knew had space for 2 samples and only 1 .
Considering the price of the 200 ml purchase you would expect both sides with a sample .
Other than that Molecules will always be my Fav perfume to date .

The whole process was simple, efficient and expedient.

I have been using the Escentric brand for a long time now and cannot see by them. The service they provide is top class which includes there phenomenal postage and packing.
