Believing that they are doing their job well and that they are a conscientious institution, I had a hair transplant, paying 3650 € together with the hospital's fee for three days. Supposedly, 3500 grafts had to be transplanted to me. They planted 2900 grafts and they gave all kinds of warranties. I contacted flour himself and the employees. I reported that there was a problem with October, I got up from my hometown and came to Istanbul to meet in person. Although we had an appointment, I was told that the doctor went to a meeting in Ankara. 2 boxes of shampoo Seb .... they sent me back, telling me to buy shampoo. Then I sent a message to the doctor's cell phone. We met with the doctor personally. He told me I have to wait. They did not contact me afterwards. Unfortunately, the result is disappointment, and both the caller and the asking, my money was wasted and my hair follicles were wasted. Now I cannot transplant once more.

İşlerini iyi yaptıklarına ve vicdanlı bir müessese olduklarına inanarak hastanenin üç günlük ücreti ile birlikte 3650€ ödeyerek saç ekimi yaptırdım. Sözde bana 3500 greft ekilmesi gerekiyordu 2900 greft ekmişler ve yazılı her türlü Garantiyi verdiler 12 ay geçti ve saçlarda değil 2900 greft 290 greft bile çıktığı şüpheli Daha sonra 3 defa Dr. un kendisi ve çalışanlarla iletişime geçtim. Ekimle ilgili bir sorun olduğunu bildirdim bizzat görüşmek için Memleketimden kalkıp İstanbul'a geldim. Randevumuz olmasına rağmen Bana söylenen Doktorun Ankara’ya bir toplantıya gittiğiydi. 2 kutu şampuan Seb.... şampuan almam söylenerek geri gönderdiler. Daha sonra Doktorun cep telefonuna mesaj gönderdim. Doktorla bizzat görüştük. Bana beklemem gerektiğini söyledi. Daha sonrada benimle iletişime geçmediler. Maalesef sonuç hüsran ve ne arayan oldu ne soran hem param boşa gitti hem de saç kökleri heba oldu. Şimdi bir defa daha ekim yaptıramıyorum. Uzak durun bu klinikten

I met with the doctor in his office, which was in a hospital. He spoke some English, but was more comfortable talking with the translator. We arranged a hair transplant of 2000 grafts on the head, and 600 of eyebrows. In this stage we discussed methods, and the tools that would be used to ensure the hairs were placed realistically, and facing the right direction.

After paying, and some long wait, my surgery began. It was only after I was semi-sedated, and the operation had begun that I realised the doctor operating me was not the one I met with, but another person who hadn't even bothered to introduce himself. Moreover, he was not using the set of tools we had discussed, but a different, quicker method. I called in the translator, protesting. He promised that the result would be the same, and as I was already under the knife at that point I had little choice but to let them continue.

Six months later, I can see the results. The hair on the head is a bit thicker, but still doesn’t look natural or full. The implanted hairs stick straight out, sometimes in random directions, not following the direction of the rest of the hairs. Especially the implanted eyebrow hairs look quite odd, and I would prefer to pluck them out than have them look unnatural.

My honest feeling is that I was tricked for a little bit of extra money, and to save time. If the doctor could have taken some extra care, or used the right set of tools, or been honest and upfront about his inability to do this kind of transplant properly and professionally, this could have been avoided.

My report of this overall experience is therefore be a negative one. There are many such hair transplant centres in Istanbul, and even more slippery salesmen. Take care when choosing your doctor.

A distanza di 3 anni dal mio trapianto presso la Estetistanbul per il tramite della Star Medical Center, BuongiornoBellezza, TrapiantoCapelli.info, Trapiantocapelli.click o ricrescitacapelli.it, posso dirvi di diffidare di queste persone, sono stato operato da ragazzini inesperti che mi hanno rovinato a vita la zona donatrice della nuca, non solo lasciandomi dei segni indelebili, ma addirittura non potrò mai più fare un altro trapianto di capelli perché non ho più unità follicolari da prelevare, inoltre il posizionamento delle grafts è stato fatto in modo errato dandomi una scarsa densità in hairline e un effetto a bambola. Pensavo di essere operato dal dottor Hamid Aydin, ma lui non l’ho neppure visto, si è presentato invece un altro dottore di nome Ziya Yavuz che si è limitato a disegnare l hairline e poi non l’ho più visto. La clinica non esiste, affittano delle sale operatorie da ospedali di Istanbul come il Liv e chi non sa nulla di trapianti non può capire perchè sui loro siti pubblicano immagini di questi grandi ospedali.

E dopo quasi 10 anni dovrei scrivervi cosa? Mi avete rovinato la vita, mi meraviglio che siate ancora in attività, vabbè che in Turchia non ci sono controlli, alla Turchia fa comodo che ogni anno milioni di persone vengano a rimpinguare le casse con il turismo medicale, le cliniche vere e proprie sono pochissime e voi non ne fate assolutamente parte, mettete ad operare ragazzini che probabilmente non lo hanno mai fatto prima d'ora, dovrebbero arrestarvi.

My experience was very good at the Estetistanbul Medical Center. Direct and friendly contact by mobile and transfer to the hospital. The first impression by entering the hospital was a warm welcome. After filling in some documents, that was a bit bureaucratic, I was ready for the operation. The operation took several hours. I was impressed by team that took care of me, friendly and professional, to get the best end result. Afterwards we got a profound talk through and writing about how to take care of the following days.The overall treatment was very personal and customer focused. I am grateful I did chose for this Medical Center.

Che dire, praticamente perfetti, risultato eccellente, profesdionalitá del Primario Dott. Hamid e dei suoi collaboratori eccellenti, la ciliegina sulla torta é Haycut che vi sará sentire a casa, praticamente un amico sin da dubito. Istanbul Cittá meravigliosa e da visitare, qualcosa di grande. Consigliatissimi.

I did a hair transplantation in this clinic. The result is really good. Great service and very fancy hospital.

I had my transplant there in 2016 and I'm very happy about the end result, my hair is still growing and still in it's place so that also proves that the transplant is permanent. I would consider a second transplant to fill up some more spots and I'll definitely do it in this hospital again. It felt good to do it in a well known private hospital and it feels great knowing I'm in a safe place. They also give you an IV with antibiotics and anti inflammatory and anti swelling. Also for the days after they give that in pill form. The washing on the last day really helped clean up the little wounds, the staff took great care of me during the whole process. I know that even the techniques nowadays have become even better. The channels on top are even smaller and they start the anaesthetics with air pressure anaesthesia. I would recommend this place to anyone who want the quality of home for the price of Turkey.

Organizzazione eccellente, standard sanitari ineccepibili, professionisti seri e preparati. Sono medico e lavoro nel pubblico da decenni in Italia e quindi mi ero documentato adeguatamente circa il servizio professionale offerto. La realtá ha superato le aspettative! L'organizzazione, la pianificazione e la realizzazione delle tre diverse fasi dell'intervento sono frutto di evidente e rodata esperienza. L'attenzione si nota giá dall'iniziale e seria acquisizione di un consenso informato e dalla pianificazione dell'impianto in condivisione interattiva reale con il primario.
Molto preparati e seri anche gli assistenti non medici che eseguono alcune delle fasi operative dell'intervento.
Eccellente anche l'organizzazione della logistica, grazie ad Aykut. Hotel molto confortevole vicinissimo a 2 centri commerciali in cui si potevano fare 4 passi al coperto (non molto di piú visto che si è reduci, di fatto, da un intervento di microchirurgia) e scegliere fra molte piacevoli localini: carne e pesce di qualitá ad ottimi prezzi. Soddisfatto!

Last year I had my operation with dr hamid aydin ... originally he said I would have 3600 grafts but as my donor area was very good they took out 4700.
The experience from start to finish was absolutely superb and if anybody is looking to book I would highly recommend this man, as well as the hospital as it was sparkling clean and very modern.

From start to finish i couldn't have asked for any better, all was well organised and clearly detailed in my booking pack, the operation went well and was relatively pain free, the hospital itself is immaculate and could be compared to any private hospital in Ireland, Staff were brilliant and i knew exactly what was going on at all times via my translator who was there through out my procedure. After care has been very good any questions i have had are promptly referred to the doctor and answered. Couldn't fault any part of experience in the least. Now just to wait on results :).

İyice araştırdım birçok yer ile görüştüm Dr. Hamid Aydın ile görüştükten sonra pişman olmayacağıma inanarak saç ekimi yaptırdım. Ekim yaptıralı tam 4 ay oldu ve sonuçtan gayet memnunum. Oluşan ilerlemeyi gözlemleyebiliyorum ve saçlarımın giderek çoğaldığını görüyorum. İnanıyorum ki 1 yıl bile olmadan sonuç tatmin edeci olacak. Kendilerine buradan teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.

Personale qualificato! Io ho fatto l'intervento di autotrapianto il giorno 19, e oggi, dopo una settimana comincio a vedere una densità persa ormai da parecchi anni. Insomma, se volete vivere una seconda giovinezza ,o, prolungarla come nei mio caso, affidatevi a loro.

BRAVI E COMPETENTI, LA NUOVA STRUTTURA E' ALL'AVANGUARDIA CON GLI STANDARD EUROPEI.
