ETB TYRES Opiniões

Our car was booked in for a brake check due to a high pitched sound, and booked for new brake pads and discs . On inspection we were told brakes were fine and no need to change at this point . Really really appreciated the honesty of the garage and will be returning when they do need changing . Thank you guys

ETB Redditch
My Wife had a puncture yesterday evening and was going away for a planned long weekend.
Lee got the vehicle back on the road quickly and professionally.
Well done Lads

We have always had a great service from ETB. I had 4 new tyres put on and within a week of driving I drove over a nail. They didn’t charge me to fix it. Thank you
Now the whole family use them.
If there is a bit of a wait there are lots of shops a couple of mins away by foot.

ETB is my local garage in Lydney. I have always found them helpful, friendly and obliging.
Today I took my car in as I was worried about the oil level. Immediately I was booked in by the young lady at reception, eho is always polite & cheerful! & then seen to by Jimmy who not only checked the oil & gave me a quick masterclass on dipstick levels & how to check the oil levels on the cars' dashboard but also checked my tyres for me. Thanks guys!

I needed it a two tyres to be replaced ASAP and guys at Taunton branch were extremely helpful and quick, so I could get back on the road.
Highly recommend
Thank you for helping me

ETB in Brierley Hill, West midlands gave me a good price for supply and fitting of 4 Hankook tyres. Offered to get the tyres in the very same day but i opted for the following morning.
On that morning two fitters got straight on the job and within minutes all wheels were off, tyres off, new ones on, balanced and wheels put back on. Very slick operation,No messing about, just got on with the work..... very polite and friendly staff.
Had my wife's tyres fitted there a couple of years ago. The experience was exactly the same.... Great!!

Really pleased with service this morning. I had ordered my tyres online following a blow out. Was recommended ETB by other people and I was not disappointed. The guys put on the new tyre and replaced the spare as well as disposing of the old tyres. They also were really kind and put on 4 new hub caps (luckily I had a spare set as one went M.I.A. In the blowout) even though this was outside the fitting costs I'd paid for. Big relief as it's an older car and I couldn't source a spare to match the other three.

Definitely recommend ETB. I would add that they had a number of options for all budgets and I found them very competitive compared to the place I used previously.

I'll be using ETB from now on!

I have just been to etb in Christchurch street to have tyres fitted and track the wheels, ive got to say what a great bunch of guys that work there so helpful and so quick i would recommend you people to everyone, also the young lady in the office so helpful. Thank you all etb.

Avoid them, wont even refund a cancelled MOT, im glad i did now. Keep the £100 you must need it more than me.

Great service, great price. Polite and helpful can’t fault them.

Excellent service, had a slow puncture and they got us back on the road in about 20 minutes, really nice friendly people could not recommend more

ETB Llanelli, would like to thank everyone at this branch, had problem with my BMW X1 which if I had taken advice from a mechanic at a supposedly reputable company, it would have cost me £000's . But Leigh let me take car in a couple of times at very short notice and solved the problem. And saved me £000's in the process. Many thanks.

Just had 4 new tyres fitted today 01/05/25 ,as I have used ETB on many occasions in Cheltenham, decided to use them again as I have found that the service and workmanship is of high standards, even the price is competitive. To be honest would not go elsewhere.

Fantastic service from the ETB Tyres in Llanelli, prompt, courteous and very efficient also good to see girls now taking up a role that only a few years ago was dominated by male workers, job well done won't be going anywhere else.

Excellent service from the Llanelli branch,
all work carried out quick and efficiently.

Great service from the Siddals Road branch in Derby. Even on a bank holiday, they managed to get my tyre replaced same-day and within about an hour of me turning up. I have been to this garage on several occasions for tyres and other work back when they were Britannia Tyres, and I've never had a bad word to say about them.

After being made to feel like an inconvenience to the local Halfords auto-centre for even asking about replacing a tyre, I am really appreciative of the staff at ETB Tyres for looking after me and my car so well.

Fantastic Service from russ and the team at the Worcester branch. 2nd time in a matter of weeks they have helped me out

Fantastic service from ETB tyres Leamington who did a wheel alignment and corrected a steering issue that I have had for some time, which no other shop has managed to fix. I had just been let down by another shop in Warwick, and ETB were kind enough to accommodate me, talk me through the issue, and then fix it, all within 30 mins.

Just as well burnt £600 thanks to ETB, four new tires ruined! Either was not tracked, or poorly tracked when we had Four new tires fitted Only a year ago, went back to ETB in September 2024 as our MOT test flagged up advisories on both front tires, ETB said “they are fine” they did not offer to check the tracking, and would not give it in writing that they were ok, so we could at least go back to the MOT station.
They also stated recently that 12,000 miles was good for a car that tows? Even though we have done less than 8,000

Beware of using the Tewkesbury branch!
Should have guessed who i was dealing with when arriving for fitting as very quiet and staff were milling about.

Visited ETB Plymouth after Halfords wanted to charge me a extortionate price to have four wheels tracked.
I visited on the day, car was done quickly by a helpful technician in 30 minutes. Also charged me for front only as the rear tracking did not need realignment, which I great appreciated. I visited a second time more recently for a punctured tyre, to which again, they were helpful, honest and super quick at sorting.

Will be getting my tyres done at ETB from now. Greatly appreciated.
