Worst service and customer service in india

Please do not buy any aquaguard RO. The after sales is the worst. The AMC
is a fraud and the executives so called engineers are cheat. My engineer visited my house thrice in a month without any solution.As a result I had to buy another RO from other brand to meet my water requirements. The app is stale and old without being live. Whatever you do on the app it is not attended to.

The robo was complete waste of time and money
I paid 80k for nothing at all
I was a big fool trusting eureka forbes

Very very bad after service and very bad customer service.please don't fall in there trap.They talk in a way that they will clear everything after collect money they won't do any service.

Eureka Forbes is the worst ever customer service I've ever faced. We've been using this purifier for 4 years and not once I've received their service on time as expected. No proper update no proper arrival for service even after repeating complaints.. simply fed up with them .

Very very bad experience they don't do any justification regarding customer service after contacting mailing and doing all necessary things for replacement they did nothing no help .. I would suggest everyone to don't buy anything from here....and I would literally circulate this review everywhere,..so so disappointed

Very bad experience. No proper service and no professional ethics.

One of the worst experience - brought 02 new EUREKA FORBES water purifiers for self use in March '25 .( Model no. AQUAGUARD NOVA WS RO+UV+UF+ALKALINE+SS).
Even after booking complaints no many times for seviceing no one turned up for servicing . Now again a did a mistake by renewing PLATINUM AMC on 4.09.26 but still no one turned up - latest request for servicing on their official app is CM-070926-78137295.
All this is complelling me to go to consumer court.

Eureka Forbes if anyone is planning to buy I would discourage. It is worst experience I had. Sales are done very energetically. After sales services are zero. Service person they allot are fake. No one responds on the phone number they give for service man. I doubt if he exists.
I have bought Aquaguard highest quality one because I didn’t want any problems till few years atleast.
It hasn’t worked since the time it has been installed. I have written emails, phone calls, only vague replies. Everytime I call the phone operator says sorry for inconvenience 😂 under rated as inconvenience. I am so frustrated that my BP shoots up. Maybe it is not worth it. I feel bad that they can get away earning so much doing this fake business. I will be looking for ways to make them pay or atleast stop them for looting people.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eureka Forbes. It has been a very bad experience, and I have decided not to take any services from Eureka Forbes in the future. I definitely did not expect this level of service from such a reputed company.

Paid 29,000 rupees to the salesman Jayesh Panchal.

Sent numerous emails, messages and called multiple times but bill is still not received.

Don’t buy their robotic vacuum cleaners. They do not have technicians for that. Such a waste of money. Product is not working just in 1 year. No technician is also available. Very much disappointing

Please don’t go for Eureka water Softner products. No service at all..

I purchased an Aquaguard AWS C-500 water softener on 27th April 2026 from Eureka Forbes Limited, Chennai, Tamilnadu 600061. The product, bearing serial number 5105103067002658, is currently covered by warranty.

The unit has stopped supplying water. I registered the following service complaints:

Complaint number CM-310726-76104517, dated 31st July 2026
Despite repeated calls and assurances, no technician has attended and the product remains unusable. Failure to provide warranty service within a reasonable period constitutes a breach of the warranty obligations and deficiency in service. and they closed the complain on 5th Sept 2026 without resolution.

I have purchase 3 Eureka Forbes vacuum robots from them. I have sent two of them for service as the vacuum was making too much noise. They have sent me back only one robot and misplaced the other. They are too busy complaining about other departments regarding the misplaced robot. It’s been almost close to 7 months since then but I still haven’t gotten any feedback regarding my missing robot. The most horrible technical service - They don’t even know that the robot doesn’t work if the rocker switch is off. The most horrible virtual assistance - I keep complaining that the vacuum is producing too much noise and the technician is saying that I have to reduce the vaccum power. I have no clue whether they think that their customer is clueless or is it just that their technical assistance is worthless. The most worst thing about them is out of all 3 robots only 1 works properly, one is misplaced and the other robot is so bad that I have sent it for service 3 times this month with different problem and they are still not rectified.

Eureka Forbes doesn’t deserve even ONE star I will give zero star . VERY PATHETIC response from costumer service. You can buy a new purifier but don’t buy AMC from eureka Forbes. After complaining multiple times there is no response from there service executive or technician. I bought gold AMC and all money is completely wasted . They are just looting money in name of AMC.

Pathetic after-sales service despite paid Gold AMC
I am extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes. My Aquaguard RO stopped working, and despite having a paid Gold AMC, I have been waiting for days for a technician. I repeatedly contacted customer care and was given nothing but assurances of “escalation.”
Even the Escalation Management Team took ownership of my complaint and asked me to allow 1 business day, but no technician was sent even after that.
This has caused me considerable mental stress and harassment, and I have had to spend additional money buying Bisleri water for my family.
What is the point of paying for an AMC if the company cannot provide service when the customer actually needs it?

I purchase in2025 water purifier Eureka Forbes in one year very bad experience Mr. VIDYANAND say ''I am only sales not responsible for service I don't care. '' a sales representative behaviour very bad . Yesterday I launched complain today no any service man come my home. A service man say'' maine door bail mara koi भी door kholne aaya aur call received nahi किया. I am at home but nobody come at my home a service man not come my security guard say no any service man come. A service man miss call and say not receiving my call. I think I am blsck listed Eureka Forbes in my society. I am chairman of the society i launched complain in Grahak Surkash forms.

Pathetic service on name of AMC. The service engineer, surprise when the technician asked to take the Aquaguard to their office to repair. Force to replace and buy new one.
Replacement of motor takes 15 but if replace the entire machine within same day.
Force to share the otp with out completing the task.
After talking to the customer care no results

They are thieves, they sell made in china products and if the device stops working, they will ignore all your complaints. Their technicians are untrained and never come for service. After hundreds of complaints a technician took the device with him and never returned, so now i have lot the device too.when I call the customer service, they just raise a complain every time but never do anything about the issue, so please don't buy stuff from these beggers.

Worst Service Company. Never ever buy eureka forbes products.
During installation it took 24 days for technician to visit after many complaints.
Similar happened after Purchasing AMC, today is 27th day and No technician visited and zero support from the company.
