I have used Euronics in the past, their service has never disappointed me. I had already visited another main retailer and the service was deplorable, so decided to purchase a Shark vacuum cleaner from Euronics today. Personal service, quick and efficient, who could ask for more.

This is proper customer service ! I needed to have two televisions wall mounted and buy a new tv too and had been recommended Thames View by my sister. I couldn't have asked for more, Roy and his son Chris went above and beyond the task, making sure the televisions were connected to all my settings and even showed me how to access programming that I wasn't aware of before. Obviously, they and Susie in the showroom are highly recommended.

Euronics di po' bandino. Solo una cosa sono entrato per acquistare uno smart wach 8. Non mi hanno filato di pezza. Ho aspettato al bancone diverso tempo con personale che girava per il negozio senza dirmi nulla come se fossi invisibile. Mai piu entrerò in questo negozio. Professionalità zero.

I ordered a Shark fan through Euronics website - the supplier being Kitchenology ltd. The Euronics website allowed me to select a delivery date. I chose next day and the quick delivery time was the sole purpose of purchasing through this website. I chased the supplier to check on the delivery time having heard nothing from them, to be told that they can not deliver the product until 3 days later. It is pointless allowing customers to select a delivery date only for the supplier themselves to be unable to fulfil the date. Very disappointing.

Niente da dire sul negozio di Domus Roma ma la consegna fa schifo ti fanno un orario di 3 ore per la consegna e nn arrivano e sei tu che li devi richiamare x sapere. Quando fai notare che per aspettare loro stai facendo tardi al lavoro ti rispondono pure stiamo a lavora’ pure noi. Pessimo servizi mai più

Buongiorno mi permetto di scriverle in merito a una gestione inaccettabile e inadeguata rispetto alle pubblicità " Euronics non ci sono paragoni" nel senso che peggio di cosi non si può.
Ho ordinato un Apple 17 per mia figlia ordine 514607152 pagato aggiungendo un assicurazione di 3 anni ad oggi il magazzino continua a darlo in lavorazione. Il contact center che non ha modo di relazionarsi con la suddetta logistica mi ha consigliato di annullare l'ordine. Ho dovuto accettare questa soluzione, che a mio avviso per un'azienda come la Vostra è assolutamente surreale e poco probabile. Il risultato non ho il telefono il rimborso speriamo arrivi mia figlia insoddisfatta e i risparmi di.mesi buttati. La mancata cura del cliente , nessuna preoccupazione da parte di chi dovrebbe essere al timone di un problem solving istantaneo e veloce. Manca molto di più, manca tutto. Meno pubblicità e maggiori collaboratori adeguati. I clienti sono la ninfa vitale e non zerbini, questo atteggiamento lascia un immenso amaro in bocca.
Le auguro un buon lavoro e al suo vertice di cui non mi è stato possibile accedere alla mail e mi riferisco al Sig. Massimiliano iovino dica che ha molto lavoro da fare . Colpa mia che non ho controllato transpilot quotazioni devastanti .Grazie Silvia Stefania Spadoni cliente enormemente delusa.

Purchased every electrical item in our house from them for decades, but recent experience rocked my confidence. Spending a large sum recently on a new oven does not apparently qualify you for politeness or respect. Arrogant and full of self important younger staff members need some humility and several lesson in customer relations. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed as this impertinent juvenile challenged my integrity. Unfortunately this customer will no longer purchase anything from this company which is sad as its a family run business and in the past...they were 'they stood out as the best'. I always felt confident and valued, but sadly the new generation do not have the same ethics.

I had the guys install a built-in under oven in my kitchen. They installed it and made all the alterations that we needed perfectly. The guys in the Harrow branch Robin, Mark and Ben were great (apologies to the other guy's name who I missed). Would definitely recommend this local store

Ordinato un telefonino di cui mi hanno confermato che in giacenza era presente, effettuo l ordine on Line e nulla mai più sentiti.
Mi presento in negozio e nulla non sanno darmi risposta con tanto di fattura in mano.
Sì andrà per via legale ovviamente!
Non acquistate on Line questa è una vera e propria truffa!

Ho ordinato un aspirapolvere che mi serviva il prima possibile. Mi è stato detto di aspettare ma in totale sono passati due mesi di attesa per il nulla. Ho chiesto immediatamente la caparra con la consapevolezza di non venire più.

Bought an American fridge freezer from Orwell Retail Park,Ipswich store.. Gave our door measurements to salesperson at Ipswich, to be told that’s not a problem if necessary we take the doors off to get in. On delivery, as suspected did not go through door but delivery guys would not take off doors as they said it had not been booked in and needed payment and had to get back to depot at 2.45pm. They left it in our garage took old one away ,leaving us with nothing except cool bags full of food.we called salesperson and made additional payment, but do not understand why this was not done at time of booking as we said many times thought it would be a problem. We were then told by salesperson could not install it for 5 days.which was no good as we’re going on holiday the day they said could do it. It was booked in for day after our return and still had to wait till end of the day. Have to say the second team were very good and installed it in 20 mins , so cannot understand why the original team refused to do it. concerned that we were left without even fridge for this time and we are nearing our 80s.

Leonards Euronics Catford have delivered and installed a new dishwasher. staff were extremely efficient and curteous. The salesperson on the phone was very helpful,knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The installation was arranged within three days and two engineers arrived on time and took away the old broken machine anx installed the new one seamlessly. I am fully satisfied with their service.

FURTHER UPDATE. Euronics persist in claiming that the sale was through an agent despite their website stating otherwise. They are still selling the same item stating 'sold by euronics' but deny this. It turns out that once again this is probably through an agent. Buyer beware if things go wrong as Euronics will then inform you that you did not purchase from them. As it happens the agent I was unware of as the seller was very helpful but Euronics just keep sending me the same response denying what is actually for all to see on their website. They do also supply directly from their own stock but claim that this is not the case. I give up! UPDATE TO A EURONICS SAGA.
Unfortunately the actual seller does not appear on Trustpilot as I would give them 5 stars for outstanding service through Euronics - H. F. Sheffield.
I would give Euronics no stars as both Sheffields and myself were caught up in their mess. BUYERS NEED TO BE AWARE that even if their website and your payment through the website says that it is 'sold by Euronics' it is most likely that it is being sold through an 'agent'. This can be any store in their selection that they choose as a 'market sellers'. Note that is it states that delivery is by the name of another company and not euronics this is being sold by the company, not only being delivered by them.
However, if anything goes wrong Euronics wash their hands of you despite the fact that you believe from their website and your receive of order and payment confirmationthat you have bought directly from them. Fortunately the actual supplier was extremely helpful when I had to return an appliance, but it might not be the same on every occasion. The seller is also now having to deal with this confusing situation.
Euronics claim to have great customer service with all sorts of help available (technical, etc), but It is only due to the seller and not Euronics and a stiff letter laying out the Sale of Good Act 2015 that I am getting a speedy refund. (Not so speedy as apparently their banking system takes 5 - 10 days and I thought we had fast computerised banking).
This has left a bad taste in my mouth and sadly ruined what could have been a good relationship with a local seller who turned out to be a great find.
I have informed Euronics about their misleading documentation and website entry but they have just sent back an automated messsage. They appear to have no interest in correcting their website as once again the same appliance is being offered for sale stating that is is 'sold by Euronics' with 'delivery' by another company. It does not state that it is being 'sold' by another company as an agent. Interestingly the wording ' sold by euronics' is is in very very tiny print that could easily be missed as it in about 6 point.

Just had a hoover dishwasher delivered from euronics in Welshpool. Not sure if it was a return or not or if Hoover didn't package everything up. The inlet hose was fastened so tight it creased the hose to such a degree that it was unusable also the funnel for adding salt was missing so I had to use a tundish.
Not too impressed at all.

Exceptional customer service experience from the amazing guys at the local Cubbington Warwickshire store. Made a enquiry about a instore purchase regarding some technical issues with a sound bar went above and beyond to come out to the property and make the necessary adjustments. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Exceptional excellent and efficient

Received first class service and information when purchasing an oven element from your Bromsgrove shop, even though the oven is 20+ years old. No attempt to upsell...just £35 and I was on my way. No hesitation in recommending this company. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
