Eurovital Opiniões 

I ordered from this company on the 18th of December '19. After ordering, I decided to look at reviews for the company (I really need to start doing this before ordering) and was somewhat concerned that I wouldn't receive my order when I read the reviews on this site. However, 6 days later (24/12/19) they arrived. I have yet to try the product, but all seems legit. Completely factory sealed, expiry date is September 2021, nothing that looks like it may be a fake product so I'm a happy customer. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. 6 days from the USA to the UK is brilliant in my opinion. I just hope the product works for me. Will definitely be using Eurovital again if it does.

Unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren, ungenügende Transparenz auf der Homepage. Bestellte Ware nie erhalten!

Leider keine Ware erhalten, da vom Zoll zum Regierungspräsidium weitergeschickt. Keine Ware. Wir werden auch Strafanzeige erstatten.

ordine del 18/11/19 al 17/12 non ancora ricevuto. Non rispondono alle mail e non si può pagare con paypal (accettata ovunque e che, in questi casi, garantirebbe un rimborso).

My doctor told me that Eurovital was a good company and on his reccomondation I placed an order on 17/09/2019.
At the end of november it seemed that my order was on hold by customs. I informed Eurovital and I got a message back that if I didn't received my order 45 days from the order date, I could get a refund.
As I didn't received my order I asked for the refund (> 143,00 EURO) and I got a mail from Customer Service that my demand had been sent to their accounting departement. Untill now I haven't received anything, no confirmation, no refund,.....
31/12/2019 at last, received an amount of € 136,48 back to my account. 🤔😠

Sul sito indicano disponibilità del prodotto e spedizione entro 24 h ma dopo tre settimane non si ha nemmeno la tracciablità e se scrivi ottieni una risposta automatica con un numero pratica sempre diverso. Comincio a pensare di aver perso i miei soldi.
Assolutamente da evitare. Mai più!!

The order was sent back to them and the refused to refund my order! I sent him the tracking number and the status of the return but they don’t seem to understand English

Offensichtlich handelt die Firma mit einer Betrugsmasche.
Bloß nicht bestellen, das Geld ist weg und man sieht keine Ware

Habe bei der Firma im August etwas bestellt und die Ware bis heute, zwei Monate später, nicht erhalten. Laut der Sendungsverfolgung wird die Ware aus den USA verschickt und nicht aus Europa!!!!! Auf der Website gibt es keinen Hinweis darauf und keinerlei Adressangabe im Impressum (das ist nicht legal und unseriös). Heute kam eine Mail, dass die Sendung angeblich vom Zoll zerstört wurde und ich dafür hafte, obwohl auf der Website kein Hinweis bei der Bestellung erscheint, dass überhaupt aus den USA verschickt wird und die Ware durch den Zoll muss. Ich habe vom Zoll nie irgendwelche Post erhalten, dass hier überhaupt jemals was angekommen ist. Ich gehe daher von BETRUG aus.

FINGER WEG VON DIESER FIRMA ODER EUER GELD IST WEG!!!!

Laut Recherche sind Eurovital und Biovea auch die gleichen Firmen und schaut euch auch die Bewertungen von Biovea hier mal an. Fast alle haben, wie hier, nie ihre Bestellung erhalten. NOCHMAL: FINGER WEG, BESTELLT HIER AUF KEINEN FALL ETWAS!!!

in early August 2019 I ordered for roughly 155€ at Eurovital. I have patiently waited for weeks for the order to arrive. After I escalated with support they finally said "whoops, there was a problem with the delivery". On October 23rd (!) I got the Information, that the package was held up by customs, and was destroyed.

I suggest to stay away from this company. I never got my order and requested a refund, they requested the customs documentation (which I provided), afterwards they simply stated they do not provide refunds anymore.

Betrug. Habe die Ware bezahlt aber nie erhalten. Auf Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Werde Anzeige erstatten. Habe gehört, dass die Betrüger auch unter dem Namen Biovea ihr Unwesen treiben.
Nachtrag:
Ich habe 10 Wochen nach Bestellung auf die Warensendung bzw. Rückerstattung gewartet. Nichts geschah.
Schliesslich habe ich Strafanzeige erstattet. Und siehe: Zwei Wochen später wurde mir der Kaufpreis zurückerstattet. Offensichtlich versteht man nur diese Sprache.

De svare ikke tilbage når man skriver til dem. De har hævet mine penge men modtog aldrig min pakke, Ren svindel og tyveri.

I placed an order on Sept 20th and have not received my package. Estimated delivery time was 6-10 days but it never arrived. Tracking shows the package hasn't moved in weeks. I contacted the shipping company and they told me to contact Eurovital for a refund or resend, so I guess the parcel is lost if it was ever shipped. I contacted costumer service several times without any help.

PLEASE NOTE: They send products from the United States, NOT from Europe. Delivery takes very, very long AND you can also get BIG trouble with customs (additional fees, fines or they can destroy your products or send them back without a refund!!!!!).
Stay away from this company. They immediately take your money but you never get your order.

From what I've found out Eurovital and Biovea seem to be the same companies. They sell the same products, use the same shipping company OrangeDS and order numbers are the same. Look at the trustpilot reviews for Biovea. Most costumers have not received their orders also or waited weeks for them to arrive.

I suggest to stay away from this company. I never got my order and requested a refund which I also haven't received.

Avoid.

I will not go into objective detail as any real criticism is immediately and almost aggressively deleted but I would strongly advise avoiding eurovital.com.
