Left our car for it's annual service
Left our car for it's annual service. Was told by receptionist they would get back in touch before 5pm. Less than 2 hours later I received a message that vehicle was ready to pick up. Not only the service was done but cleaned inside & out. The only problem was being offered a courtesy vehicle at the time. As I'm disabled.

This is not your typical main dealer.
This is not your typical main dealer.
From sales to aftercare and warranty you feel it’s a proper team. If they say they’ll ring back - they do.
My experience is they deliver on promises, meet deadlines lines, own mistakes and put them right.
I live 2.5 hours drive away, but I’d buy from them again.
My warranty work was dealt with by Kelly in service dept. But all staff are Very friendly and helpful.
Great service- stand out from other main dealers!

excellent service, dropped my vehicle off without any wait or issues, once the service and mot were complete i had a phone call to say its ready, called in and picked up, paperwork and keys ready, signed for the service , card payment for the mot and left, excellent friendly service as it should be
