The whole transaction was smooth. From the ordering to the delivery. Communication was great and the items were well packaged. It arrived well within the time frame.

This was a company that would post items, now they are not bothered.
A recent inquiry as to why an item had not been available for purchase was met with, quote:
Sorry to disappoint, but most of the orders were for a handful of packs and there is no economical way to protect damage during transport.
I might suggest that an extra 50p on postage, for packaging (foam peanuts at most), would not be a big problem for people. The people that are not willing to pay, are not your customer base.
I've now deleted my account due to the lack of customer service and adaptability from a company selling 'Emergency preparedness'.

I ordered and paid £200 for the emergency pack but it NEVER arrived.
I could not find any means to complain to your company and retrieve my item.
