Really easy to bid and use website. The Team at Evoke were really helpful throughout. Very happy with my purchase.

I have purchased 4 cars from Evoke and in addition sold one car. Throughout my dealings they have been both professional and understanding always keeping me informed of all developments. Highly recommend their service for both buyers and sellers alike

Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.

Easy process to register as a buyer and straightforward bidding process. Queries about the car were answered quickly and fully by the evoke team. Buyer's premium of 6.5% plus vat is fairly competitive compared to other auction services and the funds transfer was managed quickly so I was able to collect and start enjoying the car within a day or two of the auction ending.

Excellent communication with great feedback.

A fantastic experience.

The bidding process is fair and simple and the reserves are set realistically, unlike many other online platforms. The team are very friendly and helpful.

Upon collection, I had issues with the vendor (not Evoke's fault). Despite it being a Sunday, Guy and Joanne were quick to help out to get me on the road.

This is the first car I have purchased via Evoke and I will definitely be back.

Having contacted Sarah at Evoke Classics to ask how I can sell my car through their services, at no point was I told that I can’t use my own photo images until, eventually, I was “bullied” into accepting their own pro photographers at over £100.
I questioned Matt (also at EC) about this who reacted with, “if you’re not willing to have our photographers, then we are not willing to accept your car on our auction”!

Having looked at this company T&Cs, they do not stipulate that a pro photographer is contracted for the advertising images as a necessity to selling on their website auction.

In conversation with Sarah, it became very clear that any comms are a one way street with her and she is not ready to accept any suggestions or proactive criticisms.

Due to the obstinate bullying tactics and poor comms of Evoke Classics, I will not be contracting to them anytime soon.

If they want to run an “at arms length” auction site through WWW, they have to accept the T&Cs of the selling/paying public also.
It might also help Sarah in her on going professional development to listen to people also.
