Mario was the engineer who call as my softener wasn’t working, after checking it told me it was old & unable to be repaired. He advised me to get the new one which he installed, very effective & tidy

Had a service done a week ago because the system wasn't working properly. Got charged 160 euros. Taps still clogging up with beading. Got them out again today. A cartridge has burst and contaminated the system. This was not spotted or fixed by the initial service engineer. This is the second time a cartridge has broken and contaminated our water in 3 years. What is the point in. A service if they can't even find this. The guy today emptied loads of micro beads out of the main tank. I will be asking for a refund for the service and am very concerned that we have consumed contaminated water and all my machines showers etc are getting clogged up. I already had to. Unblock my washing machine intake.

The product experience has been extremely unsatisfactory, with the customer service being particularly disappointing. The customer agents, Andrew and Vincent (both possibly using fake names, but both are working from India), provided subpar assistance. The installation of the softener 606 unit resulted in a leakage issue at my residence. Despite reporting the problem, no engineer was sent to address the leakage.

In my attempt to resolve the issue, I requested the removal of the softener. However, I was informed that there is a red flag from the account team, and they are reluctant to allow direct communication with them to clarify the matter. Furthermore, the company has not taken any steps to fix the leakage or remove the softener from my property. This overall experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Edited to add: Engineer Dali came in today and agreed the system was faulty and proceeded to change it for a new one. I get better customer service from the Engineers than the customer service itself. :) Hopefully this one will last as long as the very first one we had. Upgraded to 3 stars.

One star too many. Back in the early 2000's a lovely old man came to my door offering this water system, so we proceeded to install it. For many years we were very happy with the product, I was asked if they could use me for their publicity in the area, which I gladly agreed. A few of my friends installed this system based on my recommendation. About 2 years ago, this system, now obsolete, wasn't working anymore, so after thinking what to do, we decided to give EW Technologies our business once again and to install a new system, this new one was installed February 2023. What a nightmare! The system hasn't worked properly since, it beeps non stop at times and comes up with an error, so we have to turn it off, give it a couple of days, and turn it back on. Since its installation in February, we have used about 2-3 bags of salt, which is quite unusual for the size of our family, and the system has been off more than it has been on. The latest...it beeped again, same thing, we turned it off (unplugged) but water is flushing through it like a non stop open tap. I rang the office on Tuesday, after the bank holiday weekend and 3 solid days of water wastage. Patience, lots of it, waiting for your call to be answered, twice answered and hung up straight away, third time lucky to finally speak to someone, who said they'll send an Engineer as soon as possible, he mentioned to close the valves to stop the water wastage, I asked how, he didn't say. I asked for this system to be replaced, as it is obviously faulty, he said he had no authority to replace it, the Engineer had to inspect it (it has been inspected once already, told settings were wrong, set by previous Engineer). Once off the phone, I looked for the manual, located the valves but I didn't know how to turn them off, until I spotted a plastic tool on the floor next to the unit, it looked like an allen key, and lo and behold, I was able to close it, why wasn't I told this over the phone? or even when it was installed? Anyway, text received saying the Engineer was coming to check it on today, husband took the day off to be home for this, only to receive a text a couple of hours before expected visit saying it was re-schedule. This is not customer service at all! You don't do this to a loyal customer. In conclusion, this system is going in the bin, one way or another, I want it out of my house, dumped! It's their call to replace it or to lose us as customers.

Had an issue with the filter. Engineer called as scheduled. He was pleasant and professional. Did a fantastic job. Because of the high lime concentration in our water, the water filtration unit is necessary in our household and it removes this nasty element from our water. Money well invested.

We had a great experience with the company, engineer Vladimirs is a real professional with fantastic interpersonal skills. Many thanks for the great product, quick arrangement of the installation and fantastic service.

Had our annual EWT service recently. As ever the booking process was easy and the service completed within days. The engineer, Tomas was extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been with EWT for many years now, from customer service to the lads that do the service and any follow ups iv needed they are brilliant. Noting is a problem and customer service is 2nd to none.

I have been a customer for the past two years and every year customer experience is getting better and better.
Engineer Klaidas went above and beyond with the service. It was quick and we received additional tips on how to look after the water softener. I would definitely recommend Klaidas and EWT to my friends and neighbours.

We had a problem with our water softener, I called the company and we had a service Technician out the next day. He was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Problem solved, machine serviced and drinking water filter changed. We would absolutely recommend ETW, their service and efficiency is excellent.

Worst Supplier ever.

Recently ordered salt and received a msg saying that I will get a delivery date in 5 days. After two weeks - still no delivery date. Called multiple times to them and 2 of the agents hung up without even listening. One of them said "Why are you even calling us?"

Last year, had to do service. Same problem, I had to make a number of calls to finally got a someone to do a 10 min service job.

If you love your hard earned money stay away from this company. They will install the equipment quickly and then its very difficult to get after service from them.

I have been a customer of EW water treatment for many years which is in itself a testament of the equipment and the service provided . On my recent yearly service their engineer arrived before the appointed time and left my equipment fully serviced and ready for another years work. Thanks to all concerned for a perfect customer/supplier relationship.

Had an EWT water softener and drinking water system installed a few years which has improved the quality of our water immensely. It is serviced annually which maintains the high quality of the water. I highly recommend EWT for their high quality service.

Terrible pre sales experience. Everything is through an app or text. Three weeks waiting on a date for installation and they cancel via text on the weekend evening before and reschedule automatically without consulting customer. it would be so much easier if they actually called a customer to reschedule a suitable date.

This is before an installation, so I can only imagine how poor the post-install support would be.

Unfortunately I have had to cancel orders and take my business elsewhere.

Hi, I had a fault with my water softener and called EWT to send an Engineer out to help.
Dalibor called to me at exact time he had given me and was so good at explaining what had happened and also his expertise in solving the fault had the softener up and running again in no time.

Would have no problem recommending EWT Product or staff.

Job done in one hour old machine out and new one in
No issue for him to take doors off kitchen unit and replace them to get job done
Even brought old filter out side entrance to avoid any spillages on floor inside
Highly recommend this company.

Very irresponsible company all stuff are rude just making fool to people I done service they charged £190 and engineer come just change water filter and gone even didn't check water quality didn't check system did complaint no response from company after 10 calls order salt after 21 days haven't receive delivery and staff is very rode so I suggested avoid this cheap company
