I bought a study guide and exam tests and after I paid I notice that you should buy the program to be able to practice with the tests!!! They did not mention that in the advertising. They are stealing people's money.

I purchased a Study Guide for a certification and noticed that several (more than half) contentes were missing. Immediatally I requested cancellation of the order and they said that they don't make refunds after downloading their products. But how could I know that the studying guide is incomplete before downloading it ? Bad material, bad service and bad experience with Exam-Labs. I do not recommend it.

I have purchased a book, order # 9937.
They claimed to have sent me the login credentials.
Nothing happened.
I tried to contact their support without any results.
I am going to block the payment.
It is a blatant fraud

This site is total crap! I bought it for one exam and realized to run the download I need to buy something more and for that, I need to pay! Really ???? Don't fall into this trap! And moreover, old questions!

You get asked to pay many times until you did the exam and realizing that you got scammed off and all of the exams were fake.

After you buy the questions, you will be asked to pay another money to get an app, all the answers of the questions are wrong, they are thieves

Total garbage, if you want to pass an exam, how about you study and learn what you need to know. Don't throw money at taking exams via VCE \ Brain dumps, with no knowledge or training to back it up. you will be caught out when you actually try to do an IT Job. Dr google can't help you with everything if you have no training to back up your knowledge.

Ripoff. 30 dollars file, and you need the vce tool, that cost like hundreds of dollars a year.

Total rip off! First they do what everyone has said on these reviews, they sell you a file for like $30 USD , but then require you to buy their exam simulator to read the file for a couple hundred dollars USD. Then they advertised an updated new file for $60 USD but it was the exact same file as the original I bought but they change the filename and called it new! Worst is I tried taking the Mulesoft Cert platform architect exam twice using their exams and failed both times. Worst part is on the second try the questions on the actual exam were exactly the questions on their practice exam (all 58). I thought I've aced this test having memorized what their exam stated was the correct answer for each question. I failed the exam miserably! Meaning most of the exam-labs answers on their exams are wrong!!! Stay away from these guys you'll spend hundreds of dollars and still fail the exam!!!

Understood that there is a special format in order to read the questions in exams like situation but the software to read it is way to expensive for the needs. Pricing policy is messy, unclear and is obviously here to maximise the profit from usually urgent needs of people ready to pay anything to pass their exam. Immoral.

Above all, I could event not access the content I paid for. Never received the email when the moment was key for me.

Besides, I do not trust the safety and security of payment system host on their website. I blocked my credit card after payment. Their conditions even mention that they can not guarantee 100% safety...

Do not purchase anything from here.

I bought what I thought would be a PDF document for a discounted price of £40. For this you need to buy a software that runs the VCE file from it's partner company for another £120. In total they are roping you in and getting you to spend more money before you can actually do anything with it.

When I requested a refund I was told I can't get my money back because I had downloaded the file as I was under the impression it was PDF. I only realised it was VCE when I tried to open it. Please guys be careful and make sure you do not buy from these thieves. All they want is your money.

Most other places give you an option of if you want a PDF file or another simulator. These people are very sly and don't mention the hidden costs upfront. You'd think if you bought a document they would provide a reader for it!

I'm never buying from these people again and would recommend anyone else not to buy from here as well!

I bought what I thought was an exam test paper with 132 questions. To view them was not possible without an application for which they charge a very high price. When I viewed the file there were only 101 questions, NOT 132 and NOT the latest version. The phone number has no answer and no response email so far. This is theft!

Do not use this site it is beyond misleading and always trying to make you then purchase something else. There is no true upfront cost and they rope you in with a first low cost and by the end you are several hundred dollars over there so called low price.

incomplete and outdated course and also you will not able to open the exam files .

Not worth a penny , better to spend time on youtube then waist time and money on those exams

On the website, it says that your practice exam will be available immediately after you made the purchase but that is not true and I couldn't open the file and asked me to buy a software. this website rips you off.

I purchased the ISC CCSP Premium File from Exam Labs, I did practice all of them and my practice scoring was above 95%.

I appear for the CCSP exam last week on 18th Oct 2019 and i could not clear exam, only 10 questions were relevant from the sample question, though your claim pass rate is 98.6%.

My overall feedback is, the question in the exam were much different from what were present in the CCSP premium file,

I use their comptia 220-902 dumps and I'm totally happy with the result.
