Брали машину в апреле 2024, все очень четко! по отзывам нашли сайт, списались, попросили определенную марку машины, забронировали.
Нам отправили все инструкции, как найти офис, все очень подробно, не потеряешься. Все быстро оформили, за второго водителя не было дополнительной платы, за мойку после, мы тоже не платили, что приятно:) Очень порадовало, что дали именно ту машину, которую просили, что редко случается в европейских рентакарах. Машина относительно новая, 21 года, если не ошибаюсь, все было ок:)
Депозит возвращается ровно 1 месяц

Все отлично прошло. Менеджер связался с нами. По договорённости встретились. Отличная красивая свежевымытая машина. Чистая, без запахов. Катались два дня. Приехали, слегка запылённые. С расходом бензина разобрались на месте. Депозит наличными вернули сразу.

Потрясающий автомобиль получил от сервиса, нужно было сгонять на Татев, и выбрал аккорда. Получил огромное удовольствие от вождения, автомобиль космический за адекватную сумму в день. В следующий раз только опять к вам, отличный сервис. Отдельное спасибо мастеру приемщику-консультанту за лёгкий диалог, понятный и честный сервис.

Прекрасный сервис
Прежде чем арендовать машину, изучала много предложений, но остановилась именно на этой компании. Полная ориентация на клиента: от помощи при подборе авто до возврата. Машина к назначенному времени ожидала нас в аэропорту, менеджер рассказал нам об особенностях вождения в Армении и оформил договор за несколько минут. Возвращали машину мы в офисе, но это тоже заняло не более пяти минут. В общем я рекомендую эту компанию, машина нас ни разу не подвела и сотрудники - молодцы!!!

Great service and very kind and helpfull personel fluent in english language. We had Mazda6 for few days and it was full spec and in great condition. I highly recommend Express car rent.
