Our local supplier was slow to respond. In contrast, this company replied to all questions rapidly. The glass splashbacks were all exactly the size and colour ordered (matched to Farrow & Ball). They arrived a week earlier than the estimated delivery time. Price was competitive. Delivery chap friendly and helpful.

Minor issue post delivery was dealt with almost immediately. Special mention to Helen Doherty for her super emails and advice. One happy customer.

I placed an order for a 60cmx70cm glass hob splashback via Amazon and this seller was great. They responded quickly to my two emails and gave me a clear indication on when the item would be sent. I ordered it on 5 August and received it by courier to the door on 17 August, which was within the timeframe promised. The description had said kerbside delivery only, which can tricky here due to there being no easy parking nearby but I figured that I could manage the weight of this item. However I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered to my door with no hassle. The splashback arrived very well packaged, with padding around all of the edges of the glass and inside sturdy cardboard. I'm really pleased with the item as it looks good and will be a focal point in my new kitchen. I'd definitely recommend this company for hob glass splashbacks.

Couldn’t fault the the service I received from Sean and his team at Express Toughening. Ordered my bespoke toughened glass units at 13:30pm on the Thursday and collected 08:00 Friday morning. Quality product and a great service.

Thought the company was professional at the Grand designs Show but things soon changed when I went to their office to place on order. A very rude and unhelpful women on reception told me they didn’t do customer collections, every order had to be delivered and they didn’t have samples to look at and all orders had to be done online. Finally ordered the glass over the phone, over three weeks later after many phone calls to them and getting excuses to the point where staff were changing excuses mid sentence, still no glass. Trading standards on the case now as they have no code of practise or complaints procedure, this told to me by a director.

I contact the Glass Warehouse with an urgent order, Shahara in Sales was superb and acted professionally and courteously whilst dealing with me, proper communication was given at every stage and they concluded my order 1 day ahead of schedule. This company has given us hope that Customer Service is not extinct, it does exist in business today. Highly recommended. Excellent, fast, and friendly service. Special thanks to Alex, who arranged for me to collect a very small order (£15-worth) in person, rather than insisting on a £52.50 delivery charge. The glass was exactly as ordered and was a perfect fit for my cabinet doors.

Got some bespoke fire rated glass from them to replace some borrowed light window panes situated above some internal doors in my house.

They were quick to manufacturer/deliver and one of the cheapest companies I found. Very helpful staff too.
