The store is so lovely to go into
The store is so lovely to go into. All staff members greet you with a warm welcome. We were served by Luckas, the Assistant Manager. He was very knowledgeable about the stock and was able to go into detail about the product. He went over and above to make sure that we were happy. This is the third time I have purchased from EZ Living and it will now be my go to store for all6 furnishing needs. Fantastic professional customer service. Well done!

Ottoman bed
We visited the Banbridge store yesterday Saturday 29/08/2026. We were served by a man called Lukasz Kowalcyk our experience was brilliant from start to finish he approached us asking if we needed help which we did as we were in to find a specific bed. He went out of his way to get us pictures sent through from another store which had the bed we were after and also tried to find a similar colour of item that would resemble what we were after for in the bed we were looking. He offered us tea and coffee made small chat explained the whole process and things to be aware of thoroughly. So yes our experience was brilliant and thanks again to Lukasz.

A man with no patience, pleasantly surprised.
It was a pleasure visiting the store in Banbridge today. A special thanks to Amie McManus who showed me all the options and once I had decided on a lounge suite the purchase went through smoothly and effiently. No hassles whatsoever.I highly recommend her, ask for her by name.

Sofa shopping.. EZ living Banbridge…
We visited EZ living Banbridge yesterday to buy a sofa. We a got great help from Chris McDowell. Chris was super patient, helpful and friendly whilst we considered many different options, he listened intently to our needs and gave us considerate suggestions and advice.

Lukasz is excellent
I purchased a matress yesterday and recieved excellent service from Lukasz. He answered my million questions easily, not a bother to him. I was really happy with how I was treated and would highly recommend Lukasz and this store. There is some lovely pieces in this store at good prices. I will be back soon.

Great retail experience
Went to Banbridge Store to follow up on a sofa & chair we liked from an earlier visit. Christopher was both knowledgable & very helpful in discussing our needs & options. We very quickly agreed a sale given there was a discount in place for the items we liked. Would definitely ask for Christopher again for future needs.

EZ Living Banbridge
I was very happy with the customer service and the deal that was on meant I saved £50. I've been looking for a TV unit for ages and Jonathan from EZ Living was able to point me in the right direction. I was able to order in store on the day and decided on click and collect to the Belfast store to save on a delivery cost. Very happy!! Looking forward to receiving it very soon.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by the lovely assistant Aimee, who offered us coffee and was very attentive to our needs.
