Delivery men
Jim & Aron delivered my furniture. They rang me 30 mins before delivery and arrived 30 mins later. Friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about my rights. I am moving into a new house which is not ready for the furniture to be assembled asked if I leave them in the boxes and when opened if any damage will I be covered they said they would put note that it was not opened and assembled and I would be covered.

Received text confirming time slot, and driver updated me over an hour before they arrived. Arrived on time and very efficient delivery from Jim and Aron, with all rubbish removed and care taken with delivery

Coleraine store staff - excellent!!!!
The staff in the Coleraine store couldn't have been more helpful, we were looking to purchased 4 chairs but there were only 2 in the Coleraine store. Within 2 or 3 days they had sourced 2 more for us from another store and had them ready for pick up within a few more days. Extremely impressed with the staff, nothing was any bother to them. Thank you.

Brilliant store, great quality and variety
Today we went into the store, we were not really intending to buy anything, we were looking for a new kitchen table and chairs. We were met with a lovely gentleman called Edwin, who I must say, was very easy to talk to, he showed us multiple tables and chairs, we sat in all of them, we sat at tables, the variety was amazing. The store was laid out fantastic and the quality of the furniture was brilliant. We bought a beautiful table and 4 chairs. Edwin was a fantastic help, gave us so many options and we ended up getting product we really wanted. Highly highly recommend this store

Edwin Tease was extremely helpful, checked stock levels and went to the trouble of discovering where we could test the mattress we were interested in.

Returning visit, purchase made
After making a previous visit to the store I was delighted when I was approached by Shannon upon my return, who remembered many details of our first conversation. Both friendly, and knowledgeable about an extensive product range, I felt assured I was making the correct choice. Beautiful store, great range of products. Planned to buy one sofa, but with great prices and solid build, I actually bought two along with some other chairs.
