Terrible service
Terrible service. We have waited since may for our table to arrive its now September and the table came but not the full set. We have to wait a further 4 weeks for the benches to come. Disgusted!!!! We spent alot of money in there with also buying a sofa! I wouldnt recommend at all.

We recently visited the Holywood Exchange store in Belfast and were assisted by Phil Brannigan who was very helpful and friendly. We we were given plenty of time and space without the salesperson being intrusive.

Great overall experience.
The store had a great range of furniture and we found exactly what we wanted. The quality and price were excellent and communication and delivery first class. Above all the staff were knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.

We were in store looking for a chair in…
We were in store looking for a chair in the Holywood exchange branch. Phil Brannigan approached us and was extremely helpful and patient while I chose between 2 chairs. He moved one of them so I could see it beside the colour of the sofa and then measured both of them for me.

Overall experience was excellent
Overall experience was excellent. Very helpful staff in store. Had a great variety of beds/mattress to choose from. Only thing that was disappointing was that I have to wait for the bed frame I chose until the 1st December.
Rich was a very helpful and friendly staff member who was professional throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend asking for him if you are purchasing from the Store at Holywood Exchange.
