Found all the staff to be helpful. Great layout of the store with plenty of lovely products on offer.
Dylan from the Holywood store helped me make my purchase of a new sofa. He explained the different options and was able to answer all my questions. A smooth and easy purchase.

Highly recommend this store, the furniture is stunning and the staff are so friendly and helpful, Donna Thompson couldn’t have done enough for us, right through from helping us pick the right suite of furniture to delivery updates.

We recently bought a new sofa from EZ Living. The sales Executive, Samantha Moffett, was lovely to deal with, very patient and helpful. She made us aware of any discounts available and made the whole buying experience enjoyable. Would definitely go back.

Great choices and super service
I went shopping today with my father for a new sofa and chairs. The selection in EZ Living is excellent and the staff were very helpful.
We were looked after by Dylan Rhodes and he was friendly, professional and explained everything in great detail.

Hassel free Mattress Purchase
My wife and I called into the EZ Living store in Holywood and were helped by Samantha Moffett. She was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, but without any pressure at all. Her relaxed, casual approach made the whole experience very easy and pressure free.
We ended up purchasing a mattress, and She arranged the delivery for us. Everything went exactly as planned.
We’re delighted with the mattress — it’s great — and very happy with the overall experience from start to finish.
A big thank you to Samantha for making the whole process so straightforward. We would definitely recommend her and EZ Living to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Fantastic experience and found what we were looking for
My husband and I came in looking for a new bed frame and mattress. We were really impressed with Phil Brannigan who was so helpful, knowledgeable and really helped us feel confident in our purchase. He took his time to make sure we got what we needed, at no point did we feel rushed or pressured into a decision.

Helpful staff and good pricing
Sales team member Richard was very patient but also knowledgeable when buying my mattress
He explained the difference types and all the prices well.
Delivery was on week advised and I received an email to then go onto a link to get updates.

Great Experience in Store
Called into the Holywood Store last week to look for a sofa and chair for our Conservatory and some bedroom furniture. We were looked after by Senior sales executive, Donna Thompson. We had a great experience in store from start to finish. Donna listened carefully to our requirements before showing us some sofas, giving us some great advice and ideas. After choosing a sofa and matching chair, we then asked about beds. Again Donna listened to our specific requirements before explaining carefully the various options. At no time did we feel any pressure into buying or rushed into making a decision. We also decided on buying some bedside units and drawers. Donna then explained carefully the finance options and the whole process was made very simple and straightforward from start to finish. Thank you Donna, we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa and bedroom furniture in the coming weeks.
