Absolutely Brilliant service! Been there yesterday for changing front tyres, Mark has been extremely nice and helpful, haven’t seen such a professional and quick service! Also Callum, who looked after our car, both were just amazing! We definitely will come back in the future, many thanks!

I had the pleasure of using F1 Eastbourne again today. All the team on both occasions have been polite and professional (particularly Simon) going above and beyond with Excellent service. Their time keeping is spot on and rates would be hard to beat. The only place I will now use for anything to do with my car.

Had my van MOT done here, failed first time. Staff really helpful, advised me how to fix the problem, did it myself. Had a free re test, passed. As I said they were really helpful, and saved me some money!

Excellent experience at the Eastbourne branch. Just had all brakes and discs done and have had the tyres done recently and had it serviced. Very honest and trust worthy team. Wont go anywhere now

Simon and the team at Eastbourne are wonderful. My car’s alternator went, and I was told to bring it in, but they were very booked that day so it may take a couple of days, which was fine. I got a call later to say they could do it and my car would be ready by end of day, it really is exceptional customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be. Would highly recommend this garage.

Took my Fiat in for a service and MOT, knowing the MOT was going to be painful.

Simon took the time to explain all the issues, including showing me the car on the ramp, and the best and most cost effective route forward . Simply fantastic service. If only more places had their ethos.

Add to that, they also are able to offer spread payments via a "Klarna" style service, it all helps, especially in these uncertain times.

The on line MOT and service booking was easy and convenient and a good price. It probably helped that because I have used you before so had trust in your team. So when I needed extra work I felt it was needed.

I booked mot online and paid, I would recommend booking a couple of weeks before as they appointments book up quick. Unfortunately car failed but I got a phone call to inform me and a reasonable quote for the work they had to do. I had to take back the next week as they were so busy, but everyone was really nice and assured me OK to drive home, found them the trustworthy and they fixed car and did re test.
In the past they have changed tyres for me too for fair price and happy to check car when I am worried.

I would like to thank Simon at the Eastbourne branch of Formula One Autocentres. I had a flat tyre caused by a nail and he had the right sized tyre in stock and got it done immediately. Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

I called Formula One in Eastbourne at 3pm yesterday because my car was making a squealing noise. Simon was very helpful and said to come straight in and he'd check it. Within half an hour he had identified the problem as the drive belt and by 5pm it was replaced at a very reasonable price (less than £50). I drove away very happy. Well done Simon, and all the team at Eastbourne!

Called Formula One Autocentre to book MOT on 4 Jan 2023. I was told they do not do telephone bookings and I must book online. I went on their website and booked the MOT on 25 Jan in the morning (there was no time choice) for £36. I received a confirmation email from Bookmygarage, although I made the booking on Formula One website. When I arrived at 08:15 on 25 January 2023 I was told my car was not booked in and they were full. Last year I made the booking on the phone and was very impressed which is why I was returning.
I suggest if you make an online booking at Formula One Autocentre Eastbourne that you call them to confirm it has been registered on their system

Booked online for an MOT. Turned up for my appointment only to be told that they don't do MOTs on the day I'd booked for. Waste of my time. I'm not blaming the centre I was booked into - it's not their fault that the company as a whole is inept.

I visited the Eastbourne branch after having 2 terrible experiences with the Halfords car garage. Halfords were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable as a young woman.
The Eastbourne Formula One auto centre was very warm and friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had. They made me feel really relaxed.
