I made a 85€ purchase on this site and with this money I ordered 6 skirts and 2 tops. At first I got frustrated because of the late delivery times, BUT the replies on my email was on time and on the site was written ALL OVER that they need 4-8 days just to prepare the order, so i waited!!
Then, I read the reviews and I got scared that I will lose my money because of the bad reviews. BUT, my clothes JUST arrived and I'm SO EXCITED ABOUT THEM. It's all so value for money and have nice quality! Worth every moment I spend waiting for them. I will order again from this site, knowing this time that I will have to wait a little! :)

Horrible delivery times. In the store there's an information for "shipping time" which in my case was 4-8 days (not working days, just days). When 8 days pass you contact the customer service and they explain this is the time they need to receive the itmes from suppliers. What?! Of course it's supposed to be *apparent* that they also mean working days eventhough it says just days. And then add extra few working days for them to prepare the package in their central warehouse in Slovakia, and then a few working days more to deliver to your country. So in short, they have their own definition of *shipping time*, 4-8 days turned into 3 weeks. Ali Express delivers faster from China. The customer service told me package had been shipped on Tuesday, tracking number showed it was actually shipped Thursday. NO TRANSPARENCY AND DECEIT! It's a FRAUD. Ordered summer collection, it'll probably be fall when i get the package. I had to order flip flops and shorts from somewhere else, because this delivery takes forever. HORRIBLE.

"Factcool"! When you say it you mean it. Reading its company name you can reffer to the fact that they are cool. I had to write a review because my experience was amazing. The estimated delivery time for Romania was always on point. I love their collections, especially its items looks exactly as in the pictures. Quality. Precision. :)) Keep your services high, to the top!

Ordered a swimsuit, received something with little holes in it completely see through that closes under the legs ( like a regular bodysuit)( obviously there was no mention of this on the website), took two weeks to arrive, takes forever to get money back and its not even the amount i paid and you also have to pay for your return shipping fee

I’ve waited 3 weeks for my order. After i wrote them an email, just after my email they decided to send me the order. I asked them not to send it to me anymore, because it already took 3 weeks and i wasn’t even in the city anymore, but they refused to do just that. The order was paid!!! They said they can’t do that, but if i want to, i could refuse it when the currier comes and it will be send back (ON MY PAID MONEY). Lowkey disappointed about factcool🇷🇴🇷🇴

Consapevole della bassa qualità del prodotto ma non cosi tanto. Per di più ho pagato il reso di tasca mia (specificato nel sito) ma non hanno accettato il pacco di conseguenza è tornato indietro. Non hanno chiarito nulla e scaricano la colpa a poste italiane, nonostante l'indirizzo di reso sia corretto.

If I ordered clothes from China I would get it before. The worst part is that they advise merchandise to arrive up to 14 days. That is written clearly. When u call them then is two additional days on top of that. And on top of everything they asking me do u like to wait or so u want to cancel. (I’m so thrilled that your company is soooo rich so they don’t care for profit.) It’s not like I just ordered 1 item. And your items that u have on hand and it’s written to be delivered 4-8 days… that is false as well. Operator that I call was really not interested or bothered what I have to say. I can surely say, that I will never again order with this company again.

I never received the package in 4-8 days as it was promised when I ordered. I ordered a swimming suit 2 weeks before my vacation and received it only a month after. They charge postage for sending and return, which in my opinion is old-school. Nowadays such companies cover these costs themselves. See Zalando, About you,... for example.

They don't care about the customer at all

Ordered jeans in UK size 12, received jeans size XS. Contacted them saying according to the table with measurements on the website the jeans I received are not the size I ordered. Got told to send them back and email the customer service team the receipt for my return postage and I'll get a refund. Had to wait for more than 2 months to receive a refund ONLY for the item, no refund for the return postage. When I contacted them AGAIN asking why I haven't been refunded for the return shipping was told that "the returns department thinks there's nothing wrong with the jeans". I submitted a photo I took of the jeans showing the waist measurements don't correspond with those on the website, only to be told AGAIN, according to their team there's nothing wrong with the item and if I wanted to know the measurements, I should've asked in the message box when placing the order. I tried to explain that I don't see the point of having a table with measurements on the website if customers have to ask in advance of placing an order what measurements does a specific
Item have. Also, there's no such procedure mentioned ANYWHERE on the website, that we have to exchange messages with the customer service regarding sizing for items. Terrible customer service, random sizing and everything takes ages!!! Also, they don't have complaints department... No comment

I bought a few times from them, the products look exactly like in the pictures, they arrived a little harder and when I returned, my money was returned in 2 weeks maximum. I recommend, I had a good experience with them.

I am waiting for my refund almost a month with the excuse that the goods haven't arrived yet. I have contacted also GLS and they confirmed me that the parcel has been delivered. I think that I will never get back my money. My worst online shopping experience.

I registered an order, of course with advance payment, for three weeks. And now the status is the same: The order placed to suppliers. I tried to find out from customer services when they estimate that it will be delivered. They told me they didn't know. I asked them to contact the supplier and ask him. They answered me even more strongly that they could not find out. So I'm waiting, it's a little longer and it's been a month since I paid.

this review is not fake. It is my experience. I bought 5 items and my items arrived in time that they described. The size of my clothes are ok. Because after 10 working days passed and I had no idea of what's going on with my order, I called the store, and a woman answered and tald me that my order is on the way. the give you notifications when your order is packed, when is delivered and the expected day time when your order will come to your door. So, I have no bad feedback for them. they give you the tracking code, everything. Again I swear that this is not a fake review. Hope everyone to have good online shopping!

Non capisco tutte queste recensioni negative! Io ho provato, pagando alla consegna per non rischiare di perdere i soldi.. In realtà sono stati molto precisi e puntuali nel tenermi informata dei vari passaggi della mia merce, dal confezionamento, alla partenza dal magazzino.. Perfetti! In 5 giorni è arrivato quello che ho ordinato! Fra l’altro non riuscivo a capirne la qualità, invece anche su questo devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa! Insomma, sarà la fortuna del principiante, ma io mi sono trovata veramente bene ad acquistare su questo sito e mi sento di consigliarlo! Piccola nota che farei: aggiungete il pagamento con PayPal!

Dissapointed. 3 days after I subimtted and paid the order I got an automatic mail that order is cancelled, because item is sold out.

Hi, First of all i waited for almost 1 month for the products to be available and shipped. Secondly, only 2 of them were size XS/S as ordered, the rest had S/XS labels but were rather medium to large by EU sizes. The fabrics, of what i have ordered were of a very low quality, thick, and very unpleasant at touch synthetics. I washed a burgundy pajama 3 times and is still leaving color like crazy (similar to a home coloring process). The return is another story as far as you can do it by Currier only (at your cost and not refundable) and not by Post. Total disappointing experience and I ended dumping them at a collector point for people in needs.

I have never had an experience like this... Ordered goods which appeared to be completely different to the picture... Goods have been sent back and I heard nothing about the item for as long as I haven’t start chasing myself. Finally one of the customer service agents got back to me saying that I wont get my money back as goods been used and they are sending goods back... Never have i ever worn an item so i asked if i could speak to someone about this or for a pictures proofing that item has been used ‘has marks that its been used’ instead of just going with a single “no” as it is very unprofessional . But costumer service assistant literally ignored my request and got back to me saying “as in my previous email...” Poor customer service skills... I would not recommend this Factcool... Very disappointed unfortunately not surprised...

Ordinato due giacché, una delle due é arrivata di colore non scelto. Non ho voglia di impelagarmi nei resi e la tengo, ma conferma la scarsa affidabilità

Ordered products as the gift for St.Val day. In advance, on Feb 2nd. Today is Feb, 16th and I received notification that products are delayed without any specific delivery date.
