I witnessed an Indian woman worker shouting at a customer 2 days ago. Very very very rude of her. I heard her say that she will not serve him if he shops there again. That worker refused to cut and pack the fish for the customer. This happened at NTUC FairPrice supermarket City Square Mall. That supermarket has very rude and unhelpful staff. For example the staff are not willing to help customers find what they are looking for. Some of the cashiers are also very very very rude - gossip about customers loudly, put on unfriendly looks etc etc

OCBC Savings Account has miserable base interest rates... I recommend using DBS Bank Savings Account instead.

I went to the Live Chat at NTUC fairprice, useless Live Chat, I have been waiting for more than 2 hours online and nobody seems to be attending to this live Chat. After 2 hours of waiting , it is auto cut off. When I called their number HQ nobody answered calls.

I want to know when u re stock? Every time I go clementi for carlsberg is out of stock from 9-12 July. What is this service?

Never never use fairprice online. The delivery is very bad. First delivery was delayed on 6 Jul. After rescheduling it to 8 Jul, they delivered one day earlier on 7 Jul unexpectedly. Totally unreliable. They never admit their mistake, so you have to bear the risk. Will never use them again.

Extremely rude NTUC staff. A NTUC tall staff at Hougang one bunch was rudely saying that the chairs are to be sold. That piece of crap should be trained to kindly ask instead.

Ordered on 27th for 28th delivery. On 28th, mentioned that had to reschedule to 29th. Then on 29th, receive sms say that it will be delayed. Wait until midnight still no update. Call on 30th say that i will get delivered by today on 30th. Wait until at night still no show. Call up again ask to reschedule to next day 1st May. Endless rescheduling. Say transport person say will call but never call. Say send at the door step but we were at the door never send, never even call. All true lies they have. Agent keep saying oh they will call and update, oh they will investigate but all these are just lies. They will not take all these matters seriously. To them, just go and cancel it. Seriously disappointing. If you were in my shoes, you will be freaking pissed cos there was no status, it's just me reaching out trying to get my order complete when they just sit there and do nothing.

3 times in a row a delivery 8-10pm was delivered after 11pm. Today it was rescheduled for tomorrow 8-10pm. I am not allowed to reschedule myself to a time I want and if I cancel the order, they will charge me $10! Are these people serious?

E-voucher cannot be use after several tries. Have been trying for at least 6times .Not even 1 e-voucher is successful . Spoken to Mr Alson and miss cat . They forward the email to Nuruljannah. Till now no resolve . I will forever won’t be using e-voucher on line . This is my first and my last time.

Scam! They don’t care about customer. Hire cheap part timers to answer queries once every 2 days. Hotline is always engaged. we ordered water as friend has covid. Waited 7 days still not able to arrange delivery and they kept saying if not happy they will issue refund. Time is more important than the full refund. Jokers

Don't waste time with them. Repeated delay for my online orders (Order No. 96598312) Finally gave up and cancelled my order. Switch to shopee although $2+ more but they took care of it within two days (The art of under commit and over deliver as they do not provide any time slots or whatsoever. Hey, we order online for convenience and not the other way round, in case you suspect this is a sabotage review, my order number provided for verification purpose) NTUC online platform looks impressive with allocated time slots but end up is all show and no go. My one star rating is out of no option cos my actual rating will be a big fat zero. Basically they are trying to eat more that they can chew. To NTUC Fairprice online team, all I'm saying is do not over commit and under deliver, I'm sure there are customers who are ok with writing letters instead of email.

Ordered 21 items but only sent 4 items but stated all items delivered. 17 items missing! After managing to contact hotline and checked by staff , the missing items weren’t even packed. Remaining Items were supposed to be delivered the next day but again 2 items still missing. This is the first and last time ordering from Fairprice Online. Should have check other reviews first. They are so many complaints but delivery service still bad.

Mimi is very good staff and helping each other and hard wokring and always smile help customer to find something they need it 👍👍👍

This is not d 1st time I encounter unpleasant experience with Fair Price delivery service! I heard d doorbell, I came to open d door, all my goods hve been placed on the floor outside my house with little space for me to even open d gate. There is a proper shoe cabinet outside my door where all d items can be placed but d delivery person choose to place them on the floors! I have to quickly pick it up from the floor & bring it in like a beggar asking for food! It is so undignified and awful delivery service. ShengShiong & Redmart has better customer & delivery service!!

I want to give 0 stars. I’ve used their delivery twice. Each time it is horribly delayed for at least 4 hours. First time the delivery came with missing and rotten items, second time came with thawed items. I read the reviews here, almost everyone had the same experience and NTUC never bothered to give service recovery. Just because you’re backed by government and almost monopolised Singapore, you keep shortchange consumers with unfair prices and services.

Don’t buy chicken 🍗 breast from NTUC. It’s labelled and charged as chicken breast but in reality it’s only the weight of the chicken nipple. 😂

My online order suspose to be 04/01 6pm to 8pm but until now 04/01 22:48 ,i haven't received my order yet, what is fair price service???! So big company just 11items, no inform never send out just sms say will late delivery 2hours but until now I still no received my items!... What the he'll????!

As I was unpacking my online order I just received, to my
Horror, the pack of Enoki mushrooms, has turned totally black and mouldy! How could they not even check before sending out?! It wasn’t even a slight mould, it was totally black!

I also ordered a bottle of truffle oil which expires in 6 days! How do they expect a consumer to consume within 6 days?! I don’t open a restaurant!
