New sofas
From the time we were looking at new furniture to the time it was delivered, we were regularly updated on the progress of our order. On the day of delivery, the delivery men contacted us with a time that they would be arriving and they were so helpful, friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend buying from Fairway Furniture in the future.

Andrea at the Par market site was great. She gave us superb customer service by offering us suitable options to meet our needs and was polite, friendly, and so helpful when we purchased our sofa bed recently. A real asset to the company. The delivery guys were really respectful and unobtrusive.

Excellent service throughout
Excellent service throughout, very patient and knowledgeable in the showroom, offering good advice when choosing our new sofas. Could take home several leather colour samples to help decide. Ordering was easy, every step of choices and delivery times explained carefully. Delivery team very friendly and positioned and tested them, took photos and spotted a minor fault,reported back. Called by Fairway soon after and day arranged for upholsterer to visit, also very friendly and professional , fixing in a few minutes. Always great service at Fairway!

Great service instore, good communication and updates whilst waiting for delivery. Item arrived on time and excellent quality for the price. Would have been 5 stars but the timescale from ordering (beginning of January) to delivery (late May) was a bit longer than expected.

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Harry, at the Tavistock store, was extremely helpful without making us feel pressurised at any time. After our initial purchase, there was a hiccup with our house purchase, so we had to cancel our order, but we were so happy with the quality of the furniture and the Customer Service, we went back and reactivated our order and added more items, a few weeks later. Harry and the Team at Tavistock store are a credit to Fairway Furniture. We were able to split our delivery, as our sofa will take 20+ weeks to be delivered, the delivery team delivered part of our order last week and they were excellent too. I would highly recommend a visit to the Team in Tavistock.

Staff polite and very helpful
Staff polite and very helpful. Recliner chairs kindly stored for us at Lee Mill for a month. One well known make of electric recliner chair faulty on delivery so awaiting engineer to visit on 26th May to ascertain damage. All in all a good experience of Fairway Furniture’s service.
