Great company and products - highly recommend

Bought our tv at the caravan show. Stuart the sales person couldn't have been more helpful. He demonstrated everything we needed to know how to work the tv in our caravan.

The work was carried out while we were enjoying a leisurely 2 night stay on Falcons own campsite. Electric hookups are provided and so is the use of the very well kept toilet and shower block.
After the very professional installation of our new 5G internet, an additional 150 watts of solar power and controller, as well as new lithium batteries, we were given a comprehensive step by step instruction on how to use the new equipment.
We would not hesitate to recommend Falcon for any of your tech needs.
Just beware, as Falcon have such a tempting range of devices and systems, you may spend more than you planned to!!!

I recently purchased a Rebuilt FN-TV22-S TV from falcon technology, as advertised on their eBay site. The TV arrived within 48 hours via courier. The TV was perfectly packed and protected with no box damage whatsoever. The tv itself exceeded my expectations as I expected some sign of rebuild or previous use, instead the TV looked indistinguishable from a new product.
Very impressed with the service and product received from Falcon, and I consequently visited their stand at October 2025 NEC show to purchase a falcon wireless router.

We had a good initial experience in having an additional solar panel and lithium battery fitted. We stayed overnight on the campsite and everything was done on schedule with operation of systems well explained. However once we returned home there were issues with the system from the start with warning messages flashing up. We found the customer services from this point poor with constantly more information being requested and refusal to communicate by phone- only by email. It took many weeks and an eventual stern email before it was taken seriously and we were invited to return to the site. This is over 150 miles from home but we needed the matter resolved. On returning to Falcon a technician was quickly able to identify a fault with the system set up and resolve the problem which we are grateful for. The company does need to look at its customer service as the products seem to be good

I bought a Falcon 22” 12/230 volt television with internal DVD player. This was for my caravan, it is absolutely perfect for me. It is light, the picture is outstanding and it easy to tune in when you arrive at a site (wherever you are). Would recommend.

Bought the 4G combo camping WiFi at the NEC show for a great price. Easy to set up and works really well.
Love the storage case keeps everything safe and in one place. Also comes with every cable you might need for UK and European use.

Absolutely pleased with the technical information given at the show. Decided to go with the no installation setup. Got home and generally only get 2 bars on mobile and 33mbs download. Setup and in best location in house (just testing). I got 238mbs with Falcon. Going forward its looking good to use it as home Internet setup.

Falcon 4G Rural Broadband Internet System with 1.6Gps Router.

We purchased the above about 2 months ago. Chris Williams was very helpful with our initial queries, and the product arrived a couple of days after purchase. I found the installation to be straightforward, the main effort being to attach the antenna bracket to an exterior wall and drilling a hole through the wall to allow the cable (connecting the antenna to the router) to enter the house. On inserting a SIM card into the router we had Internet access.

Our previous “fibre to the cabinet” Internet access typically provided 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (the latter being unusable for our business usage). Our location is full of hills and valleys and the mobile signal in the house is medium-poor and variable, so I didn’t have high hopes, but we get fairly steady speeds, typically 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, which is fine for our streaming and business needs. I don’t recall any point in time over the past 2 months when the speed was insufficient for our needs.

Excellent Wi-Fi project for camping.

I bought the 24inch SE LED camping tv recently. Very happy with it, great picture with good blacks. A huge improvement on my previous one and it was cheaper than other options. Hadn't come accross this brand before so fealt I was taking a bit of a chance but so happy now I did. I will deal with this company again.

Bought the Falcon 4g Combo Deluxe for use whilst away in our touring caravan. Easy to set up and clear instructions. The package came with lots of adapters and cables to allow for different set up options once on site. Now looking forward to using it when we next go away.

As a quick follow up to my previous review. The original test when I got the modem back from customer services proved it was working. I am away in the MH for the first time since getting it back, Plugged it in and within a couple of minutes it was up and running like a Porsche on red bull, these really are very good at what they do and easy to use, but with first class back up if there is a problem - treat yourselves.

Bought solar panels for my VW Transporter Falcon. Expert and friendly advise for what we needed. Being using throughout summer. Absolute game changer for our van life. Would recommend Falcon.
