The delivery was quick, but unfortunately the item was damaged during transit. Customer support was very responsive and helpful, and quickly offered to send a replacement. The lamp looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Fake company do NOT use. This company takes products and images from legitimate websites and pretends to sell them. This is a SCAM website so do NOT use. All other reviews are fake. Try lightsandlampsdotcom for the real items.

Già già dall’inizio non mi convinceva in quanto attraverso il sito non mi faceva finalizzando l’acquisto. A quel punto ho scritto al Customer Care che mi ha fornito un ulteriore link attraverso il quale ho finalizzato l’acquisto inserendo i dettagli della mia carta di credito, ma purtroppo mi sono stati prelevati i soldi per l’importo del prodotto scelto ma non ho ricevuto nessuna conferma dell’ordine! Ho dunque scritto nuovamente al customer care circa 6 email e più di 10 messaggi nella chat diretta ma non ho più ricevuto nessuna risposta.

We had an issue which was caused by the third party courier service. Faredecor promptly rectified the issue and sent out a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service.

They were quick to respond and adding length to the pendants we needed to accommodate ceiling height.

Lamp arrived in wrong colour, severely broken and no response form service team to solve the issue. Avoid this company at all costs.

EXCELLENT, GREAT SERIVCE, GOOD TO KNOW

I had a terrible experience with this company. We received our lighting package without any instructions. Despite this, we managed to hook it up correctly, but it didn’t work.

Customer service asked for photos of the setup and the product, which I provided promptly. However, even after fulfilling all their requests, they refused to issue a refund.

To make matters worse, they continued to send emails repeating the same questions, acting as if the previous messages and evidence hadn’t been sent. It felt like they were deliberately stalling or avoiding responsibility.

This has been frustrating and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products or support.

Also I now know they used a fake link to use to pay through PayPal. Fraud!

Lampade oscene, solo guardate dall'esterno della confezione. Mi accettano il reso e mi dicono che si terranno il 20% del totale per spese di reimballaggio.
Fatto reclamo su paypal perché è inammissibile che debba dare il 20% di una cosa che non ho mai usato.
Tra parentesi: nelle loro policy non è scritto che si tengono il 20%.
QUINDI TRUFFA.

Avevo fatto una recensione che si è rivelata errata. Il materiale è arrivato, con tempi molto lunghi, senza la possibilità di verificare il tracking della spedizione e senza aver avuto mai risposta alle mie mail MA È ARRIVATO!!!.
Ora proverò il prodotto per verificarne la qualità.

ho ordinato due mesi fa e non è arrivato nulla...sparito il traker degli ordini e silenzio stampa. Insomma una bella truffa. ci vorrebbe striscia la notizia.

Attenzione faredecor.com è un sito truffa. Ho fatto l’acquisto di due copri divani e mi dicono che l’ordine è partito. Poi sparisce il tracking dal sito e mi rispondono che il pacco, a causa di inesistenti controlli dell’autorità cinesi ha dei ritardi. Poi non rispondono più e sul sito appare scritto che dopo 30 gg. se non arriva nulla non rimborsano. State attenti è una truffa. Faredecor.com #frode #truffa #ladri
