Dear Finley Firstly we are sorry about the way you feel. We care deeply about our patients and take enormous pride in the quality of the work we perform and the advice we give. Having said that, we are of course limited in what we can do depending on the patient's individual circumstances and expectations and how diligently they follow our advice and recommendations. Male or female pattern hair loss is a progressive condition that can only get worse with time if it is left unchecked. Please contact us at your earliest opportunity to see how we can help.
Sadly we dont know who you are judging by the name you signed up with here. We see that you have not posted any other reviews in the past which could mean that you created this account specifically for this purpose. You have given us a clue though by posting that your experience happened on August 3rd this year i.e. 6 weeks ago. We had 2 surgery patients that day. One of them was having a hair transplant for the very first time and he of course knows that it takes anywhere between 8 and 15 months to experience a result. The other surgery patient that day has been coming to see us for over 10 years and has been very happy all this time. Of course you may have been someone who came in for a post-operative review on that day. There were 2 such patients and the rest were new consultations. One had a query as he only had his procedure 3 weeks prior, whilst the second was so happy he described his experience with us as 'life-changing'.
Of course, maybe the date you put down here was a random date, but without your real name, dates and other details it is impossible for us to help you. It is also not helpful for others reading your review as they cannot judge what the problem is. Feedback is extremely important, but without the opportunity to understand, learn from it, and if indicated make changes to what we do, then it is pointless.

No idea what the person below is talking about. This clinic is superb. I have had a truly positive experience from start to finish.
Being able to go to the clinic and meet with the team before, during and after is exactly why I would advise you to think twice before you go abroad. The care given by the whole team was outstanding.
If you aren't sure, or anxious, book a consultation and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Avoid
Dr. Farjo isn’t right person for hair transplantation, he’s completely ruined my head also there’s no result at all. All he need is money. I lost my £5500. Better to go to Turkey or india. Compare to Dr Farjo you can get the top results as well as you only spend quarter of the money you spend with him.

We have asked you numerous times back then and 4 years ago to please come in person to discuss your issue so we can help you. Second visit to Dr Farjo
This was my second visit to Dr Farjo. I can honestly say
I rated my experience full marks on both of my procedures.
Excellent facilities, staff and all round service.
Plus the added bonus of dealing directly with Dr Farjo throughout the whole experience.

I would like to thank Dr Farjo and his whole team in Manchester for my hair transplant I had yesterday, Dr Farjo was highly recommended to me by a good friend that had a transplant last year so I gave them a call back in March and got lots of helpful information, next step was to send photos of my hair across to the team and then had a zoom call with Dr Farjo to discuss my options.
He explained everything to me in detail but also not to baffle me he explained exactly what everything meant.
I travelled to Manchester the evening before my treatment as I was booked in for 7:30 am, it was an extremely professional setup and and I was made to feel at ease right from the start. I can honestly say it was pain free throughout, even the first anaesthetic injections in my head were painless I just felt a slight scratch and the team looked after me brilliantly all day long. I would like to thank the whole team, both Doctors, & all the nurses & technicians that worked on me all day and made it such pleasant experience in a relaxed & immaculate environment.
I would 100% recommend Farjo hair institute to anybody considering a hair transplant & I will be returning later in the year for part 2.

Farjo Hair Institute FUE surgery
If you are considering a hair transplant then I highly recommend farjo hair institute. From my first phone call to the point I’m at now (2 weeks post op) the staff have been incredibly helpful and informative. My consultation was with Dr Farjo who at no point gave me a hard sell. He was very honest with what results I could achieve and what procedure would be best for me. The fue surgery itself was pretty much painless. The only time I felt anything was when the anaesthetic was injected but even that wasn’t what I would call painful. Throughout the day I felt in good hands and at ease. I am now looking forward to seeing my results progress over the coming months.

I have used this company twice in ten years.
I have used this company twice in the past ten years and both times I have been more than pleased with my treatment. Early menopause caused my hair to thin slightly around the hairline.The staff at Farjo Hair Institution not only improved my hair issues but they are also a great group of friendly people.
