Fashion Chingu Opiniões

Customer service

Everything arrived properly, just a bit late, but that's okay. I also think it's good that you always see where your order is. The only flaw was, that 2 out of 3 pieces didnt quite fit. But I think I just chose the wrong size. Overall i'm happy with my order:)

I love the quality super top and shipping so fast

the employees and fashion chingu were AMAZING they care about the inclusiveness of the clothes and everyone's size. the customer support is INSANE so perfect they have replies coming in a matter of a few hours. they check up on u send newsletters about the recent drama and nothing feels like its ai. If in person shopping was as great as fashion chingu is it would be paradise.

Good quality, delivered safe and in timely manner

The purchase was easily made and I was kept up to date on its location. The picture shown was accurate and I'm very satisfied with my product. I will be purchasing from here again without a doubt!

arrived quickly good quality fabric

i feel like kpop/kdrama vixen. good quality and nice clothes. nice fit. looks like the photos

I placed an order a few weeks ago and everything was packed really nicely. However, there were two items I wanted to return, because they unfortunately did not fit.
I reached out the customer service and they replied in less than a day and even on a Saturday, which is rare for customer services.
They kindly told me, I could not return one of the items and even send me a link with information to proof that. For the other item, they recommended meto keep it, because the return fee can be really high from the Netherlands to China, where their warehouse is based. They did give me the option to receive a 20% refund or a 50% store credit refund. I chose for the store credit refund, because I needed a size bigger for one product I ordered and Fashion Chingu sent me a link how to use it, including both steps and a video tutorial, which worked perfectly.
The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars, is the fact that for certain items it is hard to tell the size of the product. Especially for jewellery, belts and shoes. The "Find out now" link does not work. Also, for shoes it does not specify if the measurements per size are based on your feet length, the length of the inside of the shoes or the outside of the shoes. I think that information can be quite helpful!

The staff is very nice and friendly! The order is perfect!!! Thank you again!♡

I've been in love with idol fashion for so long and was actively looking for ways to recreate their outfits but everything I searched for was so expensive and out of my budget so I was very pleased to come across fashion chingu, and I'm honestly very satisfied with their costumer service and have plans to shop here again <3

Gute Qualität, nette Kommunikation, problemlose Lieferung, Tochter glücklich mit KPop-Jacke.

I was rather nervous about buying items from the other side of the world 😉 buy i absolutte LOVE my pants. Good quality, perfect fitt. And fast delivery from asia to Denmark. Thanks

They have a big variety of clothes, perfekt for kpop fans who want to recreate outfits of their favorite artists!
The customer service ist incredible... I had problems with my bank during the Easter Sale and I reached out to them because I didn't know if I'll be able to purchase my item during the sale. They were super friendly and understanding with my situation and offered me a little discount if the problems with my bank were still there at the end of the sale.
I would totally order there again

I love this store! I ordered the wrong size and I realized something wouldn't fit me and they gave me the money back within one business day. I'm blown away with how good the customer service is and now I can dress just like BabyMonster♡ Thank you Sister!

This company was a great find. Although initially sceptical when first ordering, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothing (and some very unique pieces). Reasonable prices and regular promotions means your money goes a little bit further! Delivery is relatively quick (and free shipping) and there are regular real-time updates on the progress of your order.
However, for me, the strongest positive is Fashion Chingu's customer service. Responses are speedy and feel personalised (rather than standard automated replies). The staff are very helpful and any queries are answered quickly and satisfactorily.
Strongly recommend Fashion Chingu.

The quality of the clothes are good and the prices are fair but the major downside is that if you need to return an item or exchange, you would have to pay the shipping fee. They ship from overseas so the shipping fee is high. So an alternative would be they offer you store credits and you keep the item.

Very good support team. I had a problem with my order and they did their best to find a solution !
