I really like the tshirt I ordered, it took almost 2 weeks but I was not in a rush to get it just a bit anxious and excited how it will look like, and I am impressed with the quality. I will shop again in the future.

It never arrived to my adress
It never arrived to my adress. It was considered as delivered and yet wasn't even sent to my house, only arrived at a delivery center. I waited more than a month after due date, so I think I've been more than patient.

I love Fashion Chingu product so much! The apparel items are great quality and they have rare kpop merch that I haven't seen anywhere else. The support staff are rockstars and always respond in a timely manner when I have questions/concerns. If you're eyeing something go ahead and give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

Fehlerhaften Artikel erhalten, Kundenservice bemüht, Artikel wird ersetzt
Nachtrag: nach meiner Beschwerde hat Fashion Chingu sich einverstanden erklärt, mir kostenlosen Ersatz für den defekten Artikel zu senden, sodass ich meine Bewertung korrigiere. Die anderen Artikel, ein weiteres Paar Ohrringe, ein Armband und eine Kette, gefallen mir gut und entsprechen den Fotos auf der Website.
Ich habe bei Fashion Chingu mehrere Schmuckstücke bestellt. Der Versand dauerte 3 Wochen - weitaus länger als angegeben. Bei einem Paar Ohrringe war der hintere Stecker falsch herum angebracht, sodass man die Ohrringe nicht so tragen kann, wie es vorgesehen ist. Der Kundeservice hat zwar schnell geantwortet, allerdings soll ich die Versandkosten tragen, wenn ich einen neuen Artikel erhalten möchte. Finde ich unverschämt, mir fehlerhafte Ware zu senden und mich für die Korrektur bezahlen zu lassen.

Good company, long waits
Overall the company is a great company with fast replies and easy ways to understand the company. However I dislike how the deliveries were extremely delayed and made it hard to tell from the tracking given to know where it actually was. My clothes came great but I would prefer without this inconvenience next time I order.

I had to wait a month for my package, and when it arrived the box was smashed and when i opened it i hoped to also find my free things (bts calendar and my straykids memo pad) i only reserved the boots is a good condition but where are my other stuff

Regarding the BTS calendar and Stray Kids memo pad, these are digital free gifts and not physical items. You can download them via My Account then the Downloads tab, or check the email you used when ordering for the download link. We also addressed this through your support ticket and hope it helped clarify things!

Ordered two tops
Ordered two tops. The quality is actually pretty good. No complaints. The button up vest top is very nice and fits perfectly. To make sure they fit I did measure myself and ordered from that. The second was a bralette top and honestly that fits a little tighter than I would have liked but still is a good fit.
Shipping was fairly quick and I received prompt emails about the shipping and packing progress. :)
I do plan to shop from again.

J’ai contacté l’entreprise et je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponses. J’ai reçu un jean endommagé et une robe qui ne fait même pas partie de ma commande et je n’ai rien reçu d’autre alors que j’avais commandé énormément de choses. Je suis très déçu en tant que premiere cliente! C’est à fuir!!
