Happy with my tshirt order
The shirt I ordered is really good quality and matches the product photos perfectly! The material is thicker than I expected (in a good way). Shipping to Canada was also relatively fast. I got a 2xl and it’s a bit smaller than a North American 2xl but not by much.

Parcel never arrived
I ordered two items over a month ago but I only received one of them. I’ve contacted them several times to ask about the other parcel’s status but got no reply for a week straight. I then contacted them again this week and finally got a reply, which wasn’t even by an actual person, it was AI generated! It told me they’d ship it out within two days which they never did. Even if they shipped it out now I don’t think it would arrive in time for the concert I need it for. I’m never ordering from here again and I want a full 81€ refund.

We're sorry for the stress this caused ahead of your concert, and we'd like to clarify the situation.
Your order shipped as two separate parcels, and both have been delivered. The first arrived earlier, and the second with your NCT Wish lightstick was delivered on June 15th, well before the July 1st date you needed it by. We sent you the tracking for the lightsticks' package on June 6th. We do hope you received it well.
We also hear you on the support side, and we're sorry it felt slow and impersonal. That's something we're actively improving.
If anything about what you received isn't right, please contact our support and we'll take care of it straight away.

Ich kann es nur euch anbieten. Alles was ich bisher bestellt habe kam in ca. 2-3 Wochen an. Alle Klamotten waren heile und haben auch gepasst. (Bei den Röcken müsste man bloß gucken welche größe man braucht, lieber eine Nummer größer). Nur ein kleines Problem ist doch noch. Es stört mich auch nicht so, aber als ich mir zwei Oberteile von Aespa bestellt habe, habe ich mir den kostenlosen Kalender dazu gekauft. Heute kamen alle Sachen an bis auf der Kalender. Ist zwar echt nicht schlimm, aber ich würde mich trotzdem freuen wenn ich ihn noch bekommen könnte. :)

My package arrived after a couple weeks which is to be expected as it's imported from Korea but there was no damage at all to my product and it was exactly as it was advertised. I even got some free fan art! I am definitely going to use this service more often!

Absolutely Terrible Experience
It has been over THREE MONTHS since I placed my order, and I still have not received the album.
The package has already gone through shipping issues TWICE, and instead of actually helping the customer, they expected ME to contact the post office and sort everything out myself. What exactly am I paying for?
To make things worse, after all this time and frustration, they refused to issue a proper refund and only offered STORE CREDIT. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be forced to keep spending money at a store that failed to deliver the original order in the first place.
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had. Extremely disappointing customer service, terrible handling of shipping problems, and zero accountability.
I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

We'd like to gently share our side, as we feel this rating doesn't fully reflect how our team worked to help you. When the first shipping issue came up, we sorted it out and sent you a new tracking number so your order could continue on its way. Sadly, it ran into trouble in transit again, and once a package is in the carrier's hands, we no longer have control over how it's routed or delivered. We completely understand how frustrating that is after waiting so long.
What we do want to clear up is the outcome. This did not end with store credit. We refunded your order in full back to your original payment method, and we truly hope that has helped make things right.
