Absolute disgrace!

Ordered weeks ago and still haven’t received the order! They don’t respond to emails either.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

shocking ordered 10 days ago 400 plus pounds to get told waiting to order my order in excuse after excuse contacted managers email address no answer avoid at all costs thats me down 400 pounds and not got any clothes scumbags

Awful ordered shorts for my sons summer holiday and he’s nearly back at school. Haven’t been able to speak to anyone they don’t respond. As luck would have it I used Klarna and the payment is under investigation however I suggest you don’t bother purchasing anything from this cowboy out fit!

Ordered a pair of shoes last month and still hasnt arrived so I messaged and they kept saying on its way when clearly not. They then sent me a giftcard for the long wait and i used it for a nike set and that still hasnt arrived either they are scammers would not recommend this to order they are robbers 😡

This is by far the worst brand/company I have ordered from in my entire life they avoid to reply to you they tell u endless lies and promise you things I had ordered 1 windbreaker and 1 dri fit top and Nike react trainers on the 21st June all at once a £244 order they state on their website 3-4 days I received my trainers on the 14 July so 3 weeks later ish and they sent me the wrong size of trainers they don’t care about their customers at all and don’t treat anyone as a priority when a company has this must bad genuine reviews u should stay clear this is my advise to others what a hassle this has been they didn’t fix my trainers situation and have just issued a refund for my windbreaker and top after 5weeks!!!! they told me endless lies to string me along only replied to me when I mentioned legal action.

Ordered a Nike set on the 17th of July and still not come. No email or anything

Sent me two wrong items, to which i sent back and was told they don’t have the items in my size so i said i’d take a refund to which i still have not received after almost two months of waiting and now the company are not responding

Great service from start to finish. Never had a problem, always goes above and beyond. Items always delivered on time

if i could put a 0 star review i would the state of the customer service is a different level of sh** i would never ever recommend to anyone to buy from here with your hard earned money as they just scam you and keep telling you ur item is on its way when it really is not, absolute wrongens.

I ordered 3 Nike Miller tops with matching shorts, a Nike Jacket and a pair of Nike trainers for my son for our holiday. My order came within four days and everything was there i had ordered in right sizes and colours. My son was pleased as we couldn’t get any of these items in the shops. We will definitely be placing an order for some Winter clothes. Thank you!

I’ve used Fashion Kingzz since last year and never had a problem with them. Recently ordered a few half zips and then got notified that they were out of stock. Waited about a week and then they arrived followed by an email apologising for the delay and offered me a discount voucher on my next order!👌 I’ll be using them again soon!

Order 1 pair on runners 1 pair of air max 95 ordered on the 17th and was delivered today the 20th would definitely recommend!

ordered a set , came with the wrong shorts and no tshirt then sent me the wrong tshirt, delivery 3-4 days took 2 weeks.Shocking!

Actual thieves! Similar to other customers, I order a set for my son. Wrong items sent. Said to return and they’d replace then said they didn’t have replacements. Was told they don’t do refunds. Told them I’d report to Trading Standards. They ignore emails. They reply every couple of weeks saying a manager has organised a refund but nothing ever appears. Have basically just stolen £80 from me. Have been speaking to Citizens Advice.

I ordered if here over a month ago got some stupid response about a manager dealing with my order takes weeks to reply and still no clothes. I spent over £100 on my order and get this shocking service you’d think small companies would try to give the best service to grow there business clearly not.
