I wouldn’t even give this website a star. It is hands down the worse ‘business’ I have ever dealt with in my time! I have been waiting for my order since 19th July and they have ignore any message about a refund. I keep getting told they will take this further with their manager and then getting ignored. I would highly suggest avoiding this website unless you want your money taking and nothing in return. I hope anyone that reads this strongly takes my advice as this isn’t the first incident I have had with them; last Christmas I ordered a gym set and it took over a month to arrive and I had to chase it continuously, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they are a small business during a busy period, however, this was far from the truth, the business is clearly just an embarrassment and doing what they can to take peoples money. The date of experience is when I first made the order and it is still going on till current day 26/09

Ordered an item that has never been shipped And kept telling me they are gunna ship in the next few days after been told this numerous times I’ve asked for a refund which I have not received and now getting no reply’s

disgrace this app I’ve been emailing to get refunded for a Nike miller set and have received it it’s nie been 3 months and nothing has been posted or nothing haven’t even got my money back they said takes 6/7 days well been three months I don’t recomend this website to anyone it is a scam 🤬👊

Robbing little rats! Sent out wrong tshirt, said send it back and we'll get the right one out to you! Still waiting over a month later and they're not answering to emails or messages on Instagram.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE!!!!!

Emailed messages multiple times , I had to follow my order up for a birthday present to be told it’s not in stock? Why on earth is that my job to find out where it is surely you’d send an email explaining it’s not in stock so I asked for a refund , told it had been processed but of course it hasn’t I should’ve looked at the reviews before hand.
I think there money grabbers if I’m honest I’ll take it further if I have to , hopefully they don’t choke on the money they’ve taken.

How on earth can u have a business if you don’t know how to send stock and refund people?

My son, spent £130 on a few items of clothing, at the beginning of the year, he's young, he doesn't earn much, it was a treat for himself. Nothing ever came! Your a blatant thief! So many emails have been sent, and ignored. Disgusting robbing con of a site. You should be ashamed, and you have been reported

I ordered off here multiple times and they a great company and they just got a new customer service team and they are so so so much better then there old team they had , was very friendly and helpful also sorted out the problem straight away and resolved it

Took a week to turn up after paying for express delivery, messaged multiple times very short and quick answer then when the parcel arrived they had sent me the wrong order and now are ignoring me, luckily I have ordered through klarna and will be taking further

I ordered a windbreaker and it is still on order confirmed and the are yet to answer my emails, it’s a pisstake if they haven’t got it they shouldn’t have sold it to me

Would leave 0 stars if possible. I ordered a pair of shoes over 3 months ago and they have not been sent. I have asked countless times where they are and for a refund and have been ignored every time. £300 down the drain. No one use these scammers. Make sure to stay clear and spend your money elsewhere!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, as I have had an excellent service from fashionkingzz! I ordered and arrived within 3 days all the correct items with no issues! Will be ordering again👍🏼

One of the worst pages I have dealt with!! Ordered something over a month ago now and have asked for a refund to be told this will be processed but still waiting over a week later.
Every time I ask they say it will be done today but still nothing.
Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered a tshirt on the 28th April it’s now 21st August and I still haven’t got it, emailed them multiple times and was told every time ‘it has been dispatched’ or ‘I will have this sorted for you’ which was lies as nothing has happened, still no order and still no refund which i have requested numerous times. This company is an absolute joke!

It is now 50 days since we ordered from this company with no delivery ! I have emailed and sent messages through messenger. I have been told several times the item has been sent and even been given delivery dates. I have asked for refunds, and have been ignored 😡 Disgraceful company !!!

do not buy off this dealer its a scam ordered over a month ago still haven't arrived really bad communication emailed then 4x no reply🤦🏽‍♂️

Paid for a few items about two months ago and received the wrong order. When I returned it and sent proof of postage to them they completely ignored me and have essentially taken all of my money. Do not order anything from here complete scam and terrible customer service.
