Wouldn’t even leave one star if it was an option !! Three weeks later only half an order received. Don’t bother to reply to emails and if they do it’s takes days. Just blatantly taking advantage out of customers. Wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order as the items were birthday presents which I had to replace with some other things the day before my partners birthday (which he didn’t even ask for)

You should be ashamed of yourselves taking people’s hard earned money. I will be reporting to the ombudsman today!!

Do not buy from this company. I’m not doing anymore online shopping, sent me a Fake Medium Nike outfit…. It doesn’t even fit small, it’s children clothing they send out! Disgusting behaviour I don’t know how they get away with it. I will be reporting this company and taking legal action. I have asked for a refund and to return the item… no reply. Hopefully we’ll close this business down by the end of this year.

Ordered a Nike miler t shirt back in August 2023 for my boyfriends birthday yet I never received and after all my dm’s being ignored they kept saying it will be processed 😂it’s my money but they need it so much more than me clearly.
I would still appreciate a refund but I may take this to small claims which will be for them to decide as I’ve had enough.
This company is disgusting and honestly if you buy from them buy at your own cost you will never ever receive your item or refund.
Have all messages to back what I’m saying up

Been waiting for my parcel for 6 weeks haha wouldn’t waste your money on these lot.

Ordered on 11th april, a gift for my partners birthday, estimated 5-7 days. After about 2 weeks i sent a email asking for a update for my order, eventually got a response to be asked for my order number and theyd look into it. Heard nothing for another few weeks so messaged on instagram, was again asked for my order number, no reply so messaged back and was told they were looking into this for me, that was 21st may- a whole month n a bit after my order was placed. And still recieved nothing.

Nike set arrived decent time good quality! Fast delivery also !. Looking forward to ordering more 😎! Cheers lads

I ordered a Nike set for £80, 5 weeks ago, paying an extra £5.99 for quick delivery. No tracking information despite many email enquiries and still no delivery. The odd intermittent email response with ‘we’ll look into it’ clearly a fraudulent company - it’s disgusting how they can get away with it

2 weeks on and still have no item, no tracking order. I saved up my hard earned money to buy this jacket for my son who has been asking me for so long for the specific type. I’m devastated at how they can treat people like this. Company have emailed and asked me to take my previous review down but haven’t let me know where my order is. Told me 2 days ago they will check with Royal Mail but no response since. I want proof they have dispatched my item, they seem like they spend the money you send them and don’t get anything in return. You have lost me as a customer and have gutted my son

31/1 email stating the item has been sent that day
5/2 email stating they didn’t have the item in stock but it is in now ready
28/2 email stating they were delayed and the item now going out.
6/5 still no item. Drafted and ready to submit small claims court case and they can incur the legal fees to resolve.
6/5 company has now contacted me to say they will send the goods or refund. I will review and update once I have the goods.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER.
THEY TAKE PAYMENT, DO NOT PROCESS ORDER, REFUSE TO REFUND. TERRIBLE PEOPLE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. SHAMELESS FRAUDULENT PEOPLE.

Would highly recommend Fashion Kingzz I ordered loads of stuff to go on holiday and items arrived straight away exactly how they was described for below retail value, I would 100% be using them again
