UPDATE 29/04/24:

Despite what the reply below says, they did not send a refund, I had to get my money back via my bank.

Much like everyone else, I haven’t received the order that I placed 3 weeks ago.

They aren’t responsive to emails / DMs other than to fob off and say it’s being sent by the end of the week (didn’t happen).

Will get money back via bank but could do without the hassle.

Said they’ve issued a refund AFTER WEEKS of asking and still haven’t received it over 2 weeks later!!!

Will take your money, you’ll never receive your item or you’ll finally weeks and weeks later after chasing them receive the wrong one & then they won’t refund you! Such a shocking company! The amount of bad reviews for one place doing the same thing to people is unbelievable!

Can you please reply to numerous messages regarding the above order placed in February. Psyment taken no delivery and very little communication back from you. Please refund my money with 5 days of today otherwise I will report to Trading Standards. You have taken my money in good faith and failed to fulfill your side. This is totally unfair!!!!

I have made a few orders with fashion kings I made an order in May last year and it came on time.

I recently placed an order and there was an issue with stock at the time however it was resolved. They sent me a £75 gift card (£15 more than the order I placed) as compensation to use on their website. My new order came quicker than expected with no stress.

Don’t not order off this site it’s a scamm site name in shame

Ordered trainers on 2nd February took my money did not receive goods not answering emails do not have contact number for them disgrace

Ordered a blue nike half zip start of January and still hasn’t come, they ignore all my messages and when they do reply it’s the same thing “waiting for your order to come in stock” frauds DO NOT BUY ANYTHING !
