Zero stars for customer service...I was told I was getting a refund, I never received it and they stopped responding to my emails. This company needs shutting down as they are operating illegally.

Bought mens golf tops. What I received was a bag of the utmost rubbish. Returned goods recorded they would not sign or accept goods back. Returned to me in the post six months later.
Total rip off.

very bad customer service recently . bought a suit , quality not good. return process was very painful. after finally managing to get an address to return, i shipped it off which cost me £30 by tracked delivery. it was returned back to me. royal mail confirmed delivery was refused. Not only was money lost for the purchase of the suit but additional costs wasted on posting when they had no intention of refunding!! never buy from them!

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a coat from them 2 months ago, it shipped it in December and was supposed to arrive Dec 27th. It is February 25 and I have still not received it. I could track it up until Mid January and now it no longer allows me to track it. I have written multiple emails asking for a refund and their response is always that they are working on tracking it and appreciate my patience. This is a fraudulent company...STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Ordered shirt for my husband and received 10 days later. Extremely poor quality, torn, loose threads, and could not return in UK but had to return to China. Very misleading advertisements. Totally avoid.

Disgracefull! Was sent faulty item and had to return it to China for which I had to pay £ 23.50. They don't collect it from customs in China and never gave me a refund. DON"T EVER BUY FROM Fashionstreet.

Refund customers thier money back. Give Better customer service. Make Better made clothing.

They don't allow you to leave a review on the site, and for good reason. Wish I had looked up the company beforehand. Ordered urban style jeans, didn't look anything like the picture, and it came a month after I had ordered it. It was $60, yet the material was cheap, most likely drop shipped from some random place in China.

Concur with the reviews which I wish I’d read prior to ordering.
Ordered a “cashmere” jumper - nothing like cashmere, nor the picture. No label and so small would prob fit a small child. As with others they said I could return - to China but likely cost of £50.
I went through my credit card company and successfully got a credit. This company should be investigated by Trade Descriptions.

Like your other reviewer I would have liked to give NO stars. It is now 3 months since I ordered some shorts and despite several emails I have neither the product or a refund. I cannot recommend this company

It's a scam! Rubbish clothes. They present themselves as 'Fashion Street Manchester' when they have nothing to do with the UK. They dont even refund items even if you want to return them. Absoulte crooks. A one-star review is generous!

Again, if you could give 0 stars. Product has not arrived after 3months, and whilst they communicate back regarding refund, it never happens. do not touch this company!

The quality was the worst I have ever seen .The 2 T shirts came in a very small plastic bag and the T shirts looked like they came out of a washing machine.My WORST purchase on the internet.

Ordered a work shirt in medium. Was very thin and more like an extra small. I asked to return it, although they claim to be from Manchester turned out they are in china and the return cost was more than the shirt. Utter scum. Avoid at all costs

After over 3 weeks, received a $65 sweater we ordered but it did not come from the UK it came from China. The sweater came with no tags on the inside or outside which tells me it was used not new. Smelled horrible and came wrinkled in a ball in an envelope. I would leave zero stars if I could. Will never order from them again.

Fashion Street - what a joke, SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from these jokers. You will pay a fortune for something that costs less than the price of a cup of coffee to produce. Anything you order will take weeks to arrive (if indeed it even does) due to being sent China. It will be poorly made, no labels, not stitched properly, wrong colour, size or item. They get 1 star because you can't go lower but if I could give them anything it would be the Plague! Customer service is an annoying bot. Company only exists on line despite the 'trendy' website.
Head this warning. Authorities - shut them down!

ALL RETURNS ARE TO CHINA AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. I bought £30 boots that were supposed to be a size 7, they were more like a 5, cannot return them unless I pay £26 to send with royal mail. I have asked for a returns label which will not be supplied. I have been offered 70% of another purchase to keep the boots - what a joke.

Cheap junk from China. If you want a refund, then return items to China at your own expense and don't receive the refund. Stay clear.

Absolute disgrace… do not buy from this place, I ordered a coat which was originally £90 reduced to £45, I wouldn’t of even paid a fiver, it was like a dressing gown, material was thinner than a cloth you’d wipe a surface with,and absolutely nothing like how it’s shown,poorest quality I have ever seen in my life, I emailed to which they replied if I wanted to return id have to £50 shipping, that’s more than the raggedy coat, then they just utterly blanked me, absolute piece of shit it was, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!
