I bought 2 x shirts for £72 and have been ripped off. Three weeks delivery and absolute rubbish shirts arrived, they were shiny and awful.
If you ask for refund they then say it will cost you £50+ to return the rubbish.
Can't believe how they can trade like this.

I ordered my brother a Hugo Boss polo shirt for his birthday. When chasing the tracking it was still tracking as being in China. When the item of clothing was finally delivered it was definitely not Hugo Boss, cheap quality material and the inside label was cut out.
This company did not mention anything about the quality of their products and are disillusioning the UK market/customers with false advertising named brands. Do not shop from this company!!

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. Despite claiming to be a Manchester-based business, they are actually drop-shipping low-quality goods from China.

I placed an order based on misleading website information. Delivery took over four weeks, and when the items finally arrived, the quality was poor, the products were not the advertised brand, and there were no size labels. Unsurprisingly, none of the items fit.

When I contacted customer service, their standard response was to offer a 20% refund. If you decline, they attempt to pressure you by saying you must pay the return shipping—which they claim could cost up to £50—in hopes you’ll just accept the partial refund. This is a common tactic to avoid issuing a full refund.

How to File a Chargeback (Get Your Money Back):

Do not use this scam company although they say it’s uk it is a chinese company . They send you cheap rubbish not what you ordered then tell you it will cost you £50 to return it. You are not dealing with a uk company

Descriptions are untrue, quality is worse than temu. Don't order anything. It's shocking.

Poor quality, expensive and misleading

Not even worth one star. Total fraudsters, should not be allowed to trade. Totally agree with other reviews, goods are shoddy and not fit for purpose, no chance of getting refund. Who is going to pay £50 to return items to China? (Can't call them goods, nothing good about them or the company). Have reported them to Trading Standards and my credit card bank.STAY CLEAR FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

An absolute bunch of con artists. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Just wasted £43 on a rag that took 3 weeks to arrive. Disgraceful sums them up.

Please do not waste your time or money buying from place FASHION STREET. They do not tell you that you are in fact ordering from China, we are being misled into thinking the company is based in the UK. I ordered a golf shirt as a gift, I would be so embarrassed to give it to him, cheap cheap fabric and the label has been removed. I wish I had read the other customer reviews before purchasing. I will not even bother returning because of the cost, I will give to charity. I wish we could give less that one star!!!!!

I ordered a men’s suit advertised as Hugo Boss, but what I received was a cheap, synthetic, clearly fake product. The sizing was completely off (claimed to be L, but more like XS), and the quality is nowhere near what was promised.

This company calls itself “Fashion Street UK”, but in reality, they operate from China, and returns must be sent back there — something they don’t clearly state before purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and can cost £50 or more, making it almost impossible to get a refund.

They offered me a 20% discount just to keep the fake item — that’s not a solution, that’s manipulation.

This is a deceptive business that tricks customers with fake branding, poor quality products, and a dishonest return policy. I’ve reported this to my bank and encourage others to be extremely cautious. I will never shop here again

I’d give this company less than one star rating if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM!!! the clothes is nothing like they advertise, it is counterfeit cheap crap. I ordered a Hugo Boss polo shirt for my husband‘s birthday, took forever to come and arrived screwed up in a plastic bag and is the nastiest, cheapest of materials. There was no Hugo boss label on it, it clearly isn’t, and has had a label cut out the back. It is cheap rubbish from China and to return it they told me it would cost £50. They’re an absolute joke of a company so please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Horrendous to purchase from and I cannot believe they are all allowed to advertise as I believe it is a scam of a website,, they sent me the wrong product and then told me I had to pay £50 plus to ship it back to China, even when I pointed out it was the wrong item a totally different dress they still insisted they were right and when I told them I wanted to escalate the issue I have never received any replies from my last three emails. Please do not buy from this company or whatever it is.

AVOID this company at all costs - literally! In line with a lot of other reviews my experience with this bunch of scammers has been dreadful. Waited 2 weeks for an online order, and when it arrived it bore no resemblance to what I had actually ordered. The fake BS 'customer service' is appalling. After their mistake they expected me to pay return postage to China!! They also trade under the name Nova Techo Ltd.

As per the other reviews, this seems like a dishonest company that at no point indicates it is based in China and that returns have to go there at a great cost. As others report, the product is terribly poor in quality. Attempted to get an address to return it to (site indicates that returns are straightforward within thirty days). First response was to offer me a 20% discount on a next purchase. Replied to reiterate my desire for a refund only to be told what others have reported: needs to be sent to China and likely to cost £50. Have contacted Citizens Advice Trading Standards service to report them. I suggest that everyone does so!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. SCAM COMPANY, READ THE REVIEWS, bought a shirt in XL all, what arrived was Small at best but all labels cut out. When wanting to return told it would be minimum £50 to send to their warehouse in China. Does not state that in the returns policy. Scum scammers who need shutting down

Less then one star.. like everyone else on here.. it’s not the money but the total BS they give .. yes iv been told the same about £50 to return .. when I saw what I wanted it was down as a HUGO shirt and looked nice .. what a received was absolutely dross which could of been knocked up in coronation streets underworld.. please please avoid this scandalous company also they kept giving me a different name( D J McGee) and was very frustrated at trying to correct this.

Experience less than 1 star, goods miss represented on web site, these are cheap China products you can purchase for a fraction of the price else where steer clear. Web site masquerades as uk based this is a lie.

Fashion street are a con don’t order anything off this company if you do you will be lucky to receive the item you wanted and if your lucky or unlucky you will recieve a completely different item , and email them and you want get a response or the email won’t get sent ,now Ive just been told they are closing down .
