Charging me £30 interest a month on on a £130 order! Illegal what they are doing. Not even replying to my emails. They take literally 30.20 out of my account, but £30 is interest. Scammers. Don't use these. Most customer service can't speak English. Very unhelpful. Reporting to trade and standards scammers.

Awful experience using fashionworld. The quality of items is poor, customer service is awful, dont even bother complaining because they investigate themselves so wont uphold a complaint and they trap you with credit apr, starts off ok then bam 66.4%, if you end up struggling to pay and speak with them they dont care, wish i never opened an account with them and warn anyone who does.

Absolutely horrible company, ordered an item, returned it as it looked like someone had used it and bagged it up again , so I sent it back and they told me they never recieved it back , ive tried to prove it but they insist i need to pay for it .... awful company , making me pay for things I don't have anymore.

Don't purchase from here !!! - Owner is not responding properly once product is purchased and required to be exchanged. where offline stores are protesting against online shoppers then customers should not entertain such shopkeepers. manager is very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointing experience.

Easy to do and easy to follow and understand

I paid for delivery for a year. I bought a top and chose a nominated delivery day. The top did not arrive and I was told although I had chosen a nominated delivery day it could arrive up to 5 working days later. I really can't see the point in choosing a nominated delivery day if this is the case! Over a week later it turned out the top had gone missing, good old Evri (not!). Not impressed.
