I bought an addias hoodie and addidas joggers. The joggers didn't arrive instead they sent a size 16 womens blouse.

I emailed the bot said wasn't me and had to ring. I rang them and the customer service agent said she was on calls and not emails so wouldn't be able to view email of wrong item.

She has arranged a collection and I now have to wait 14 days for them to processed, I have to the reorder the item I originally order.

The customer service is shocking.

Easy to do through mobile payment

I always pay my minimum payment, sometimes more. Always paid on time. They are in partnership with JD Williams so you will get the same experience. They have put a paydown plan in place. On their website it says you can still place orders (not that I intended to do so), as long as you pay minimum balance and 8% towards your order. I still had over £200 credit to use, but now it says restricted from ordering anything. I wasnt informed, just noticed it on my account. I have not ordered anything from them in 18 months. The interest now has become sky high. Say your minimum payment is £100, only £20 goes towards your balance, as the rest of your money goes towards interest. Just an insult how they have treated me. Other companies do pay in 3 installments and pay no interest, or buy now pay later and pay in full, pay no interest. This company is a disgrace!. Wont be ordering from them ever again.

Absolutely shocking!
I ordered a TV on the 12th Dec 2025, I wanted to cancel it immediately as I ordered the wrong size, they said I couldn’t cancel, I had to take delivery then return. Easy enough, or so I thought.
It’s now 5 weeks later and I’m still waiting on the return to happen. Every time I call, which is now every other day, I get told to wait.
The TV is still in the box, still sat exactly where the delivery men left it.
It’s in the way and they still won’t book a return in, yet expect me to pay for it.
Don’t order anything from this company.
I spend more time explaining and on hold with fashion world than I do anything else in life at the moment.
