While the service offered is very useful, I did encounter a couple of issues. Firstly, selecting the right ferry I needed seemed unusually fiddly. Second, Apple Pay was not an option and I couldn’t get the site to accept either of my two payment cards. Finally, I selected PayPal and the payment went through perfectly.
Unfortunately, somehow I’d got my two journeys juxtaposed, with the outward journey being from IOW to Southampton! Since the penalties for amending the ticket are quite high, I tried to call the company. But they are just a mechanised office with no phone.
In trepidation, I registered my trip and tried to amend it. Unexpectedly, there was no charge, though the revised journey was £10 more expensive.
Arranging travel is very stressful because it’s easy to make mistakes and expensive to rectify them. In this case, it all ended well.

All in all a good experience booking my return trip by ferry to France from the UK in June. But the system would not accept GooglePay even though it is offered as a choice. I had to dig out my card for the information.

Had to make amendments after changing my car , and it was seamless , and no price increments

First booking was wrong changing from large car to medium/small after the payment was done.
However, Lynette from the supporting team quickly addressed the issue at no extra cost.

Everything perfect although we were disappointed with the selection of food in the comfort lounge, would have liked a hot meal rather than hot rolls which were excellent but basic

I was a bit trigger-happy and after paying found I'd booked the wrong trip! I don't like chatbots as a rule but the Ferrysaver chatbot redirected me to an operator who calmly re-booked my trip for the correct destination at no extra charge and took great care to make sure I hadn't made any other errors in my booking. Very pleased with the entire process.
