I'm sorry to hear that you're unsure how to contact us. We offer several methods for our customers to reach us. If you need to make changes or cancellations to your booking, you can do so directly from your account. Once we receive your request, we'll provide a quote and confirm the changes or cancellations.

Another way to contact us is through the online chat feature in your account. Here’s how to access it:

1. Log in to your My Account using your email and password or your booking reference number and email.
2. Select the booking you need assistance with.
3. Click on the speech bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen.
4. Choose "Send new message" or reply to an existing message.
5. Type your question, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, our customer service team has replied to teh question regarding API.

Should have gone to Ferrysavers first.

Tried booking direct with DFDS. After multiple failures to complete the process using different payment cards, and problems finding out why this was, we eventually gave up. With Ferrysavers the process was quick and easy (what we were expecting when we first tried to book). We weren't able to reserve meals which is why it's not 5 stars, but I'm sure that won't spoil our crossing.
