|Fairly easy to navigate and book. Always annoying to find there are extras everywhere that bump the initial price up (e.g. Having to pay extra for seats in the lounge! plus extra for "booking fee", which is clearly a 'con').

Super customer service
Super customer service. Booked my ferry trip back to front, oops lol. They sorted it all no bother after a quick email. Shoutoht to P&O aswell as they helped oblige.

Initial comparison seemed helpful…
Initial comparison seemed helpful enough but the website is clunky for anything else. We received no comms from them when our ferry cancelled and it turns out there was no real ‘saving’ on the fare at all. I wouldn’t bother using them again
