Initial comparison seemed helpful enough but the website is clunky for anything else. We received no comms from them when our ferry cancelled and it turns out there was no real ‘saving’ on the fare at all. I wouldn’t bother using them again

Ok booking, but could not cancel or obtain partial refund 6 weeks prior to travel after unexpected sudden issues at home.

Unfortunately, the booking falls outside the cancellation and refund conditions, so we are unable to offer a cancellation or partial refund directly. However, if you are able to share a few more details with us, we would be happy to appeal to the ferry operator on your behalf to see whether they may be willing to offer any goodwill gesture due to the circumstances.

I made a typo with my vehicle…
I made a typo with my vehicle registration on my booking. On contacting them they have an incorrect vehicle type to what I booked and want to charge me £80 to change it. The email confirmation is correct but their info is wrong? There is no account set up for me to see my reservation. Invalid email address!

Easy to use website but annoyed that a £4.00 'admin fee' was added at payment. I don't agree this is required but if you must add something on, it should be highlighted in the price at the start as there is no option to not incur it.

Awful awful company
Awful awful company. When something goes wrong they don't want to know and don't want to help. I was told untruths about ferry operator opening hours. I was told untruths about not being able to book multiple vehicles being an operator requirement. The Ryanair of the seas.
