Damaged boxes, won’t open till Christmas!
Two of three boxes arrived with dents on the corners when released from their outer delivery bag, however I trust that the contents will be ok when needed as part our Christmas display. I say this from experience of ordering the same item x 6 during 2026 and having checked the contents from boxes that were damaged, it is then impossible to fit the lights back into the boxes to store until they are required for the festive season!!

Most of the boxes were dented as they are gifts I wasn't pleased couldn't understand why they were all in a paper bag when delivered and not a box as usual, bearing in mind you use Evri which is the worst company ever! they never knock just leave on doorstep (over night sometimes)

Love the lights. Sent quickly after ordered. Courier created problems, however, when I contacted Festive Lights to appraise them of the Courier issues, they investigated with the Courier immediately. Very pleasing to experience. Thank you. Can't wait for Christmas now 🎄🎅🤣

Good value for money products
Good value for money products, but have only started using them so can't comment on durability, battery life, etc. They look more substantial than the price might suggest.
They were shipped via Evri who lost them (typical of Evri). However Festive Lights replaced them with no quibble and sent via DPD.
